Staff is helpful with bags and keep the room quite clean. The room was huge and large liter water bottles are provided daily. Completely quiet in the hotel, I didn't hear any noise during my stay, it was quite peaceful. The hotel provides a courtyard and excellent parking that makes it easy to meet friends and rides if needed in the city center. Given the excellent location. lots of restaurants nearby and the Jardin nearby has food vendors into the late evening hours. AC worked well and large shower with great water pressure. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again.

Have stayed a few times as the place has a lot of character, is close to main squares but on quiet street and has its own parking, which saves you a lot of money. Price is very good.

Nothing really. It could do with its own restaurant but there are many close by. The turn into the entrance is very tight (not hotels fault) as people park directly opposite. There is nothing we don’t like that should impact your decision to stay here.

Location is excellent. Easy walk to Centro, but away from the noise at night. Staff was helpful and friendly. The beds have memory foam mattresses and were super comfortable. Air conditioner worked well in the heat. No water problems, even though there are regular water outages in the city. Comfortable patio furniture for groups in the large courtyard.

No coffee makers in the rooms. No restaurant or bar, but I think they are working on that.

This cosy hotel is located in a unique central location in Querétaro. It is one of the few that has a own parking.

I really liked everything. Perhaps the ventilation and mosquito nets on all windows would be a benefit. AC is available, so this no a big deal.

Absolutely beautiful hotel only a few minutes walk to the centre but not so close it is noisy. We arrived in low season and the room was fantastic for the price (two floors with lounge above and bedroom below). The hotel itself is a beautiful historic building with a wide open courtyard surrounded by the rooms.

Very old and beautiful hotel, friendly staff. We arrived at midnight and did the check in without trouble. The parking is great, lots of space.

I requested 2 rooms next to each other (about 2 months in advanced). they said yes. When we arrived they didn't had 2 rooms together, I think they forgot.

This hotel's location is unbeatable, it is central but quiet, with a beautiful large courtyard in the center and a huge parking lot at the back. There are other smaller courtyards spread out the hotel's compound too. We booked a double bed room and our room is huge, the bathroom is very clean, and the tile floor is spotless. The room service is performed in the morning when we step out so when we come back from breakfast a cleaned up room and made-up beds and fresh linens are waiting for us. The hot water for showers never runs out like in some of the other more pricier hotels. The hotel and facilities are very well maintained. Nothing fancy but it meets our needs and totally worth it. I would use the word tranquil to describe this property. If I come back to Queretaro, I would stay at this hotel again.

That they only give each room one key card even though there are two of us.

Clean, peaceful, spacious with AC and one of the few to offer safe parking next to historic centro, owner suggested we try Cafeteria La Duquesa around the corner, it was delicious and and their conchas with nata were to die for. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family.

Terrific location close to everything you want to see. Very good cafes just minutes away. Lots of parking on site. Staff very friendly. Plenty of outside seating in the courtyard

Staff are super friendly. Location is perfect for the Centro of Queretaro. I like the old hacienda feel of the hotel.

I would want the locks on the rooms to be upgraded.
