Good location, about a 10 minute walk from the Centro histórico. Clean, modern, spacious room with 2 queen sized beds and a little kitchenette (fridge, microwave, pod coffee machine, crockery and cutlery for 4 people. Good water pressure in the shower and easy to regulate the temperature. The fan was enough to keep us comfortable at night time. Secure entry to room and main door of property. We enjoyed a sunset on the rooftop. Great place for a 3 night stay in Queretaro.

We didn’t receive the entry code for the property door by email or on the Booking.com app, as per the instructions when we booked. We rang the doorbell and were let into the property to check in. Also, the property charges a $500 pesos security deposit in cash when you check in. This was refunded on check out. Not a big deal but good to know about!

Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed using the coffee maker, loved the comfortable mattress on the bed and having a roof top was a nice amenity to see the city from that vantage.

Our stay was 7 days but we were only given 2 coffee pods to use and a single toilet paper roll. We had to ask for more every couple of days, which could have been avoided if they gave us plenty in the beginning. Also the staff didn't always recognize us, even after a couple of days there. The lock system was nice but having to always remember 6 digits to get into the front door then a different 6 digit code for the room felt a bit excessive. We've used smart locks before where the same can be accomplished with 4 digits, but that's a small negative.

Of all the beds I've slept in in Mexico, this was by far the most comfortable. The room was fantastic, it was so nice to be able to slide open the door and let some fresh air but have an insect guard to keep the flies out. The microwave was useful, and it was nice to have the security of door codes. The shower was awesome. Location was top-notch - an easy walk to see heaps of the main sights in the centre.

I have no complaints about this property. It exceeded my expectations and we would happily stay there again.

Nice new hotel, the view from the rooftop is beautiful. The beds are comfy, the rooms are quite big, the location is very central. Good value for the price.

Not everything in our room was clean - the sink had unwashed spots, the toilet had stains and the shower could be more clean as well. The bedsheets and towels were clean though. The door had big gaps, so the wind would go through pretty easily. It wasn't cold for my taste however. The coffee machine in the room wasn't working.

Location is very centralized. 24 hour security and the room was very comfortable. They even had luggage storage. The hot water was fantastic. I think no alcohol is allowed on the patio and there is a noise curfew. Mini kitchen with refrigerator.

Staff could not find my key at check in. I had to wait 20 minutes and check in as the terrible time of 3 pm. The ceiling fan was broken and leaning. The sliding door window was very dirty.

The view from the rooftop!!! This property is very centrally located, easy to find. Great if you are planning to do some sightseeing. Rooms are very clean and comfortable (a little small but for the price they are amazing). They allowed us to leave our luggage in a locker since we arrived before check in time. All in all, if you need a place to stay, I would highly suggest Morelos. Oh, and it has an elevator !!!!!

It was very difficult to adjust the water in the shower. Each time we got in the building (using a code), staff had asked us if we have a room already or checking in (I guess it's cuz of security but it got a bit annoying after a few times).

Compared to other places in Mexico here I could actually sleep because there was very little noise from the street. The bed was super comfy and the design modern. I bought from the hotel more coffee capsules for 14 pesos each, a fair price as you can not find them easily to buy. The location was great and super central

The 500 pesos cash deposit is ridiculous, at the end when they have to return it they check how dirty are the towels and linen, and I believe they do not ask everyone to pay. There is very small place to put your clothes in the room. The terrace is beautiful but you cannot drink any alcohol and it is open only until 9pm. Lastly I was staying there 4 nights and there was no cleaning provided not even basing like changing towels or trow away the trash

Excellent location, extremely comfortable bed , linens and pillows. Staff were very friendly. Beautiful rooftop patio.

Hot water and wifi were unreliable. Mini fridge froze everything solid even on low. Could be very noisy.

Convenient location, helpful staff, great hot water , super comfortable bed and very quiet. Also loved the coffee maker. Dulce **** around the corner had excellent breakfast.

I wished there was a bench for my suitcase but that’s minor.

The property is in an excellent location, right near all the beautiful sites of the city.

You can hear the train at random hours through the night.
