The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning of our stay. I am a quadriplegic, and traveling is not easy, but this hotel was wheelchair accessible and easy for me to get around. In front of the hotel, there are two steps with the push of a button, the first step goes down to the ground level, so that I could get on the platform and be elevated to the second step. I was also upgraded to a bigger room so that I could have more space to move around. The breakfast area is beautiful and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect because you are within walking distance of everything.

The only thing I would like is to have access to the pool area. There are multiple steps and no ramp to reach the pool, so I was not able to go up to the pool.

Beautiful hotel, concept is amazing. We occupied two rooms, 1 family suite (King w/twin beds) and 1 double bed room (2 dbl beds). The library is super creative and unique. Outdoor space is perfectly maintained - you really feel like you're in your own home/garden. Location is super close to the Plaza de Armas and other shopping areas & restaurants. Brunch/bfast onsite is superb and well priced.

The interior design is very creative, only "criticism" is the size of the sink/mirror space. VERY small. Though each room sleeps 4, we were jammed in bathroom space. Also, no in-room coffee service.

I absolutely adored my stay at this hotel! From its stunning aesthetics to its superb location, the addition of cacti gave the hotel a special vibe. The room was not only comfortable but also featured a jacuzzi, adding an extra touch of relaxation to my experience. For those working remotely, the hotel offers an excellent workspace, along with a charming library to unwind in. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, further enhancing my stay. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

From the moment I entered the property I was acknowledged and helped. I like that they had a nice beverage to offer. They made the whole process very seamless. I love the library really enjoyed sitting there on the glass floor, looking down at the books as well as the bookshelves above. Pool is cute. Patio is relaxing and comfortable. My bed was also perfect. I like that. I had a lot of options of pillows.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to historic part of town was excellent. The hotel is super clean. The staff does a great job at maintaining the areas very clean. The shower area is fun. A complete wall of paneled glass gives the feeling of showering with lots of light and outdoor view. Very quiet and the library in the middle of the courtyard was fun. Lots of books. The Chef in the restaurant had amazing dishes. Very good indeed.

THE ONLY thing we didn't like was that the volume in the TV is locked at level 15 which is too low especially when the Mini Split AC is on (since it was hot this week) you can't hear anything on the TV. We were left just watching the characters at night and in the morning as we got ready.

The location is fabulous. Near all sorts of amazing things to see plus great restaurants. Our hotel room was very quiet and comfortable.

The room was rather dark. But most important - there wasn't a comfortable seat in the room. Just a straight desk chair. There was plenty of room for a big comfy chair. If there had been one - I would have considered the room PERFECT.

Good location, nicely decorated and overall as a concept was well executed

My only gripe was at checkout, the clerk was not able to locate my proof of payment. Despite showing the charge on my app, I had to go back to my room and look on the trash for my receipt. I’d definitely stay there again, but this on little incident was extremely inconvenient at 4 AM

The location is perfect, very central and easily walkable. The hotel design is upscale and modern, the library and pool area are great, our room had a patio and jacuzzi which was a highlight.

Wish we had better instructions on how to use/heat our patio jacuzzi. Not ADA friendly as there is no elevator to get to top floor rooms.

Hotel is in a fabulous location on a quiet street. Outdoor spaces are plentiful and peaceful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The room they gave us was not in a great location, too close to the office and a public restroom. Definitely worth the slight upgrade to get a room towards the back where it is much more peaceful.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location in Querétaro. A very good sized room with separate shower and toilet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

After a long day sightseeing, it would have been if the hotel had a small bar to relax and have a couple of cocktails or drinks.
