The staff is very friendly, the place is clean, the "public bath" is a great place to be zen and the food is just great, special bravo to the main chef for the sushi and the sushi counter crew. Delicious. We ate twice at the restaurant. Warmly recommend it. Another great thing is the free coffee proposed during the day it just this small touch that make things great. By the way your pastry is also good.

Small things to improve. 1. The elevator noise is tiring, specially if you have rooms next to it... For 6 am you hear it... Could be removed. 2. The ramen were ok... Nothing mind-blowing compared to the rest of the food. Having tried plenty of the around the world I am sure you can tweak it to make the "umami taste" come out. 3. Maybe having slippers for the "onsen" would be great.

Don't let the hospital-like exterior fool you, inside it's all warmth and serenity. The staff is efficient and most pleasant. You might not think to have Japanese food in Mexico, but do yourself a favor at eat at Goen. Great water pressure in the shower. The ofuro is a real treat. I love this place!

I wish the ofuro had been open in the morning during the week. You really would benefit by having a car, although if you're up to a 30 minute walk, you can get to Antea on foot, and Ubers are easy to get in QRO, so I managed just fine.

The rooms are very nice, clean with a view to the swimming pool. Enough outlets for electrical devices. It is nice to have a Japanese multifuncional toilet. Security is very good, the clerks at the front desk are very efficient, speak several languages, and are super friendly. The onsen is the most enjoyable thing. It is well organized, functional and very pleasant. Similarly, the swimming pool looks gorgeous, lots of sun during autumn, however I could not use it due to lack of time. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks

I could swear that I had made my reservation with breakfast included. Unfortunately the registration did not show my preference and I had to pay for breakfast separate. Not sure if this was my bad, a website bug, or just the reservation process was not friendly enough to clearly show my preference before confirmation. Another thing I believe can be improved is the slippery floor in the onsen, especially for elderly people it can cause injuries if they slip on the floor.

Remarkable, all was in perfect shape, all was confortable and the service was terrific. Room is cosy and perfectly equipped with all you need. Amenities are good quality. I loved it.

It's a Japan inspired concept that really does a great job, and I really liked everything. With that being said, I could have enjoyed a little "normal" for Mexican standards in the breakfast, as everything in the menu is Japanese. Again, it's not a complain, just a thought, I mean for a couple of days it's good, but for extended stays, probably gonna miss my regular meals.

The independence. I'm the one carrying my baggage, I park my car, everything is clean, everything is in order, rules are clear.

The towels. For a service, a building and staff like the one you have, towels are too bad. It's the only thing I can "complain" about. Other than that, everything is just wonderful!

It has good Japanese meals and a huge Japanese bath. They also have a series of Japanese cakes and provide a Japanese lunchbox at lunch time. WHenever I visit QRO, I will always select here. They also helped me avoid penalty of double booking, which was caused by Bookin.com's APp error.

I am still waiting for the credit for the double booking that was charged to my Credit card. The bath could be cleaner in the tub.

Nice ofur^, swimming pool and brunch (japanese style)

It was not posible a late check out wthout an extra cost. As a consequence we left the hotel 11:15 PM and could not enjoy well the swiming pool/ofurô/brunch, and we decide to have the bruch outside, after checkout.

Hotel was great. Workout facility was decent. Rooms were clean but small. Pool area was great. Fresh fruit at breakfast was amazing.

I would prefer the menus to also be in English.

Everything was perfect, every detail was perfect, the staff super nice, the facilites super clean and gorgeous, the room was pure elegance and relaxation, without no doubt the Best hotel in Querétaro, ive been traveling for years and i simply couldnt find the perfect stay until i found this gorgeous piece of japanese culture my favorite place , and the Goen restaurant perfect and delicious In one word i would say UNIQUE✨✨

Loved the Onsen ( Japanese baths) and the restaurant…both very authentic. Rooms are lovely in a minimalist way, the whole hotel has a quiet, ‘zen’ feel.
