The hotel design is great. Service at restaurants is excellent. Food is great and very affordable prices. Night lighting and vegetation is very nice to walk around.

The bathroom looks really old in every aspect: mirror, floor shower, bar soap instead of liquid body shampoo, hair shampoo and conditioner.on dispensers. Room furniture doesn't match with the rest of the installations it looks like commercial furniture. Pool service is really bad.

Pool and facilities are gorgeous and can be the main reason people stay here. Friendly and professional staff at the entrance. It's a great place to hang out.

The rooms themselves could use a bit more upkeep, especially the bathrooms, and the carpets should be vacuumed. I couldn't walk barefoot on the carpet without stepping on something and getting it stuck to my foot. Sounds like guests really enjoy hanging out at this hotel, and it makes for a very loud environment until the late hours. Morning cleaning staff can be heard constantly chatting in the hallways very early. It's generally noisy.

It was a great location to get to the activities I needed to get to daily. Close to lots of restaurants and near nice neighborhood

The swimming pool was amazing. Rita kept my room immaculate.

The man at the front desk told me that I did not have a reservation at the hotel. He was rude and dismissive. I had to show him the reservation on my phone. He was not apologetic or welcoming.

Very charming hotel , in a very well comunícated Avenue. In the heart of Queretaros next to the plaza de toros.

I coulent stay longer to enjoy the Property, o then that was amazing

Loved the pool, the external decor and plantings.

Gym unavailable, cockroach in bathroom, bathroom fittings (plug) tired, got multiple bites at night. No fridge to keep drinks cool.

The lobby decoration was beautiful. The facilities are really nice.

The bed was terribly soft. We could barely rest. The shower drain was clogged.
