The breakfast buffet was great, and the room was very comfortable. Location is very good for seeing the city.

The room was missing a few key items such as hair conditioner and tissues, and the shower head seemed to be clogged up a bit. Also, the key cards seem to lose their magnetism and had to be re-set a few times.

I liked the breakfast , it was very good. A large variety of choice is proposed, really good pancakes, you can even ask for your eggs as you want to be made by the cook. Really nice and good flavor for "chilaquilles", fresh fruit, tasty green detox juice. Vey kind service from servers and cook.

Only 1 bottle of watter per night. Towels pretty old (raggy). Key deactivated every day. I only went twice for ice but machine always empty

The hotel is in good location a mile from the alameda and about two miles from downtown that is very easy to commute. The staff front desk very helpful, the breakfast excellent. Definitely I will come back

Towels..old, not soft, edges of towels were falling apart .. bought towels for my stay

The rooms were spacious and comfy, overall the staff was great maybe only at the front desk I didn´t feel as welcome.
