The hotel was quite unique! There were nice art pieces decorating some areas of the hotel. The” room” was 2 story, with a bed on each floor. The bathroom was only upstairs. The air conditioner was only upstairs. The hotel had an air of grandeur from a bygone era, but was still elegant in its own way. The restaurant was was beautiful and the food was fair. It is one of the few hotels near the airport and they were able to arrange an early morning taxi pickup for us.

The pool wasn’t clean. Several of the buildings near the pool seemed to be not in operation. The person who stayed downstairs was a little hot without air conditioning.

Large room, comfortable bed, AC split worked well (wish there was a remote for it though), decent water pressure. Close to the airport. $20 USD taxi ride. BiajioGo will pick up from this hotel if you need a shuttle into SMA.

Wish there was a remote for the AC unit to adjust it easily. Didn't know what the wifi code was to use it. I don't speak spanish to call and ask and they don't speak much English so I didn't bother calling and didn't feel like walking over to have them write it down...not their fault...just wish it was posted in the room somewhere. Far from central town tourist area if you want to sightsee.

This property is very clean wonderfully elegant and completely unexpected! The manager/owner was especially attentive to me as I found myself unexpectedly stuck at the airport in a foreign country. I will never forget his kindness to me. Please patronize this business. Such beautiful surroundings and hospitality made for one of the best and most impactful lodging experiences of my life — and I have traveled the world.

A quick 15 minute drive to the airport from this property. Bed was comfortable. I was a little worried when the gate was down and the large iron gate was closed when we left for the airport at 5:30 am but just ring the bell and someone came to open. My fault for not asking about an early exit. The manager was pleasant and the location for our one night was super convenient. Did not eat at restaurant.

You have to go up with a few stairs inside the unit to reach the bedroom. Carrying heavy suitcases was not the easiest. The downstairs part of the unit was really not usable.... Big echo chamber and cold during our visit in January.

This luxury hotel is excellent in all its form. Quality and attention to detail was certainly not lacking.

Unfortunately this magnificent hotel is in a terrible location as it is off an incredibly noisy and dangerous highway surrounded by dirt and noise. There are no established businesses for recreational activity or restaurants nearby. The onsite hotel restaurant serves surprisingly bland, poor quality fare, yet they're no options nearby.

Nice personel. Quiet and lots of space. Good Restaurant.

No possibility to walk outside to eat. The shower was cold one day, but warmed up again afterwards. Wifi is very weak. Breakfast was announced from 7 a.m., but didn't start until 7:15 or 7:20.

Nice location. Nice accommodation. Lovely and helpful housekeeping staff.

They charged $33 more because they converted the amount igiven n Booking.com to Mexican $. And their rate is higher than market which is not very honest. So better to pay when booked rather than paying at the property.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Great rooms , staff, and swimming pool is a hidden jem! I would runaway here for a week!!

is next to the highway. but that is the point! it is close to QRO airport. Stay there usually for a early flight when visiting San Miguel!

No extra blankets and it gets cold here. too many light switches but we made a game out of it. a little dark walking to the restaurant

the pool was dirty and unavailable
