The resort is located is in a beautiful area and the natural vegetation has been retained as much as possible. You don’t feel like you’re in a big development. The food served as well as restaurants are excellent. The location is well maintained and always looks clean. The staff on the resort are all very friendly and polite. We felt very welcome.

It is a large resort, so depending on your timing you could end up in a fairly long line waiting to get into the main buffet restaurant. We missed out on a lot of fun activities as very little information on the resort activities was provided to us on arrival. You are basically left to figure it out for yourself. It would have been nice to get a print out of the weekly activities and times and restaurant options. Even a link to a website would have been great. The concierge staff were also more keen to sell you an excursion or timeshare than help with activities.

The food was great for an all inclusive. Most of the staff (except the reception area) were super friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Great for families. Great swimming area on beach - so many great pool options. Entertainment at night was fun! My kids loved the juniors kids club.

Had to move rooms multiple times (error in amount of beds, terrible smell). Rooms are outdated but comfortable. No comforter on bed. Reception staff was somewhat unfriendly and the checkout/checkin process was anything but smooth. Little kids club near the beach was underwhelming.

The staff are mostly very friendly and speak some English but some staff have difficulty with language. Make sure to make reservations for all ala carte restaurants, unless it is a buffet restaurant. The lounge chairs by the ocean are not reserved and are free to use.

More entertainment options would be nice, but otherwise I have no complaints! The drinks are good, but weak. Dress code in restaurants is lax; many people are pretty casual.

The Resort was great, the staff were very friendly, and the facilities were good.

The rooms were loud. You could hear people in other rooms. The air conditioning in our room had 3 settings, loud, loud and loud. So no air conditioning for us during the night. Bed sheets looked a little worn. Out mini fridge was not restocked for 4 days, but when reported they over stocked it with extra snacks.

The hotel is great in many ways. Beautiful grounds woven into the natural environment, with a fantastic pool, large kids area and a nice beachfront. While there were many guests, the hotel is ample and it didn't feel crowded. The food is diverse and there are many great options.

The rooms were a bit disappointing. The furnishing is old styled and the beds and pillows not very comfortable. For the price and quality of the rest, this was below my expectations.

Great swimming pools. The kids area/water-park is vey nice and safe for kids.

There were some areas under construction/maintenance. The beach was more windy than usual and with "sargazo".

Food choices were excellent- very fresh fruits, salads and vegetables. Plentiful! Huge pools were fantastic. Staff were great. Live music at lunch and evening were really good. Felt safe and secure at all times. bed was very comfortable.

our first room had broken A/C, broken fridge and broken shower. we demanded another room and were given one. Rooms are a little dark. Furnishings are a bit dated. some mildew in bathroom.

Beautiful grounds, between the beach and the pools people really spread out, the lobbies are gorgeous, and the rooms are nice and comfortable. The staff is delightful. The buffets have a lot of good choices.

The thermostat in the room is hard to manage and we froze a lot at night. The beach bar line gets long.
