We have visited dozens of resorts in the Cancun region. This was the first time we felt the resort really just did everything right. The rooms were incredible, even their lowest category. We have always been disappointed with food at resorts but we were amazed at how well the food was done at this resort. Over the 4 days we were there, there was maybe one thing that one of us didn't like! We loved it so much, we ended up joining their membership so we have prepaid days to go back. Have definitely found our Cancun resort- we will stop looking for the one.

The only issue I had is that the best palapas by the beach were gone by 6:30 a.m. - I really wish they would figure out a way to reserve in half day slots instead of having someone put a towel at 6:30 but not get to their palapa until noon. Some resorts have the concierge's or beach attendants reserve the spots for people with timeslots

The staff was kinder than I expected, and I was very pleased to be greeted with a smiling face. I was also very satisfied with the comfortable space that allowed me to experience nature as it is. I would like to thank again Hugo, who works at EL SUSPIRO, the Mexican restaurant in Building 2, and David, who works in the morning at the coffee shop right in front of the gym in Building 2. I was happy to enjoy excellent service thanks to them.

There were times when it was difficult to communicate in English, but I have no complaints. It was a bit inconvenient to have to find someone else to ask the same thing over and over again. Also, it is difficult to say that the quality of the food exceeded expectations overall, especially in building 3; the lunch buffet wasn't very satisfying. The quality of the food did not match the overall service.

Food is amazing in most restaurants. The breakfast buffets have great variety and the quality of the food is high. The a la cart dinner restaurants are also very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed. Service was great everywhere. It was a true luxury vacation.

Food in Bikini Azul can be majorly improved. It’s more like cheap snack food. Same goes for the a la carte breakfast at Consentida by the main pool. Roomservice in our junior suite wasn’t very good. We ordered salmon tostadas and we received baguette with Salmon. We asked for wineglasses and a restock or the wine bottle various times. It was hard to get it and took a long time. Every day they forgot something else, from a bath mat, to refilling snacks, wine glasses. However, the above are just comments for improvement. It didn’t influence our overall enjoyment of our stay. It was truly amazing and we would definitely come back.

Navigating the place was difficult because of a lack of clear directions. Clunky web interface for discovering things around the property. Service at restaurants was hit or miss, the check-in check-out experience was also meh. Maybe because it was off season?

The food was amazing, Staff were very kind. But we have to reserve dinner table and it makes clients limiting what to eat. Recommend to reserve as early as possible

Mosquitos, mosquitos, mosquitos.... Hope they take care of their facilities getting rid off mosquitos. I have 30-40 bites even though I stayed only 3 nights!

The hotel is lovely. There is a big pool, lots of choice of good all-inclusive restaurants, and lots of bars with a very good range of drinks. We liked the rooftop bar with infinity pool the best. Most of the staff were extremely helpful. The weather was perfect. The transfer to hotel from airport was very straightforward and inexpensive (this was done through Booking.com and much cheaper than using the hotel’s service for this). Our trip was for 9 nights which was about perfect.

When we arrived we were told to install their app, but this was quite basic and buggy and kept crashing on non-iPhones. We panicked as we thought we would struggle to see what was available, however after a day found the large complex quite easy to navigate. There were a few issues with miscommunication which would be improved by a few more native English speaking staff members. The vast majority of guests were American so this would greatly help with any requests and questions. Sometimes difficult to get sun beds and cabanas. Guests would put down towels and leave them there for the day even after leaving the poolside. Although staff often cleared the towels from the sun beds, the cabanas were left. A few later opening bars would be good, as the club played a strange mix of music

The food experience is amazing, everything from qulaity to taste. The service is out of this world and everyone is soo kind all the time, we never had any invonvieneces and whenever the slightest struggle was presented, the staff was ready to do everything in their power to resolve it. This hotel has amazing pools which fit to your desires, whether it be a relaxing one or a energetic one. Don't hesitate to book this hotel if you have not been to it, trust me, you won't be disappointed.

I don't think there is a particular thing that we didn't enjoy in our stay. The only think that may be an inconvieniece is not finding our favorite spot in the pool or at the beach due to the other guests, but again, this was not an issue at all because we always ended up finding an awesome spot and the staff is always looking to help out.

This is by far the best all-inclusive experience I've ever had, and probably one of the best out there! I can't even begin to describe how beautiful the facilities are: from the abundant greenery, to the architecture, to the pristine pools, it was truly outstanding. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking an upscale all-inclusive experience.

The food was great by all-inclusive standards, but left a bit to be desired as New Yorkers. We had tuna the first night that was dry/overcooked, and a few other dishes throughout that were disappointing, but the service made up for it. Didn't love how hard they push you to do the sales pitch-obviously we could have said no, but it didn't feel like a choice but rather an obligation.

The location is far from the city, the beach is beautiful and inspirational. The remoteness of the place helps to feel the uniqueness of the place. Overall the hotel and my experience is beyond any of my expectations.

The transfer was not free. and costed a lot. I had to use a taxi provided by Booking, as the prices were unreasonable. The staff decided not to cancel the last day of my stay, even though Booking gave permission for that.

Everything - I cannot fault this place. Absolutely beautiful, staff were so amazing and for an all inclusive resort the food was spectacular. To this day my boyfriend says he has not had better bacon in his life from the breakfast buffet lol!
