Spacious rooms, staff attitude and friendliness and over all cleanliness of the resort was very good

A little far away for the town and maybe a few more veg or vegan options....and kids and or games activities

Overall a nice place to vacation in Cancun away from the hotel zone but still within a 10 minute Uber ride if that's your thing. Room was nice, bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room stocked and cleaned.

The restaurant selection is lacking. It would have been nice if they kept a couple open longer in the early evening rather than closing and forcing you to go the only 3 that are open at night unless the buffet is open.

From the moment you arrive at the hotel, you are treated like VIP! Bell service and a welcome drink! Our suite was breathtaking! The pool was amazing! The staff were very friendly and attentive! The food was top-notch, and there were enough options! Grounds were nice and clean!

That we didn't stay longer. Wish we had spent our whole time here instead of Grand Oasis 1

The room was great value for the price. The food was amazing and had a lot of variety. Some may find this as a con but we liked being not directly in the hotel zone and being right next to the ferry to get to isla mujeres. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Lots of pools and a decent beach as well.

Everything! The hotel is very clean and the put a lot of effort to keep it that way. The rooms are big with super comfortable beds and pillows. The personal is amazing!! I would love to name all of them but I don’t remember all the names. I remember Marlene who cleaned our room, David at the pool. In all the restaurants they were so nice!! Even at the Starbucks!!! My favorite person was Lina, the yoga instructor and the two ladies that help her to prepare everything for the class. I already miss you!!

What a lovely property!

The resort is nice & grounds were well maintained! Pools are nice! Restaurants were good & waiters were amazing! Like the hammocks on balconies!

The almost 4 hours spent on a “membership” tour & discussion wasted half of our first full day there! There were not many options for breakfast or lunch! The rooms needed updating! Not much to do at night on the resort! Should have more comfortable chairs in living rooms & on balconies!

We went slightly out of season and it was nice and quiet. Always space round the pool with shade if you wanted it. The staff were fantastic. Super attentive and friendly. All inclusive was very worth the money

Slightly out the way from all the main areas in Cancun so f you wanted to travel to the clubs/party areas it was about 40 minutes away

The facilities were great, it felt very luxurious. The pool was much nicer than I had expected. There were complimentary activities, I enjoyed the yoga on the pier especially. The restaurants were good and the food was some of the best we had on our trip. Its close to the ferry for day trips. It is located away from the main hotel strip, which we were not keen on, so the location suited us very well. The service was fast and the the staff were very attentive. We were welcomed with a bottle of water straight out of the taxi. They were all very informative and helpful.

We did not go all inclusive and it at some points we felt like we were being upsold quite heavily. You have to buy a whole bottle of wine with dinner, you cannot just have a glass. We took the option of going to the sister hotel for a tour, they are selling off stakes in the business. We would not do this again. This also added to the feeling of being pushed to buy more.
