I actually start liking this property more and more because they start improving the landscape and everything else. I keep going back because it’s actually very convenient location, beaches around, the ferry to Isla Mujeres, so much more I’ll be back there soon

I’ll be honest here,and I told them also that they must think about hot water not necessarily in every bungalow , but maybe in share shower area ,and definitely they need to provide WiFi that is working inside the cabins. They can charge $1,2 extra but this two are extremely important for me 🙏Very uncomfortable if I need to do anything and I need internet to go stand near the entrance and do my work, specially at night or early mornings 🙏. I’m missing only hot water and internet there ,everything else is great for the price, very nice place to spend long vacation. Over all I Recommended ❤️

Pros: the outside was clean and full of wild life, the Cabins are pretty space out and clean, there is a ancient ruins next to the pool and a small pyramid 5 min. Away, also the beach is about 10 to 15 min. Walking or like 4 by car. Cons: Shower had no hot water, not to bad for day shower but not so good if you want to take a shower at night, we Did not use the pool because it was not clean, the water cloudy.

No hot water, no internet inside the cabanas but they promised that they are working on so I believe next time I visit will be close to perfect

Super calm place in Cancun. Its far from everything (if you like walking its a nice opportunity to do it ;-) ) but it's very beautiful. Nice beach is about 2km from it. Hosts were friendly, there was microwave and free water for guests. The wooden house was beautiful and super comfortable. There was good wifi and super big fridge. Hot water The garden was magic - beautiful during the day and at night. We really really loved it!

Distance to everything but I think there is no other place like this in Cancun. If there was little kitchen or just kettle or plate to borrow for guests - it would be perfect

It’s a cool place to stay if you’re up for something basic. A nice location, far from busy street and next to some Mayan ruins. Pool is great for some refreshing. Nice and clean.

Quiet, clean, new, next to Mayan Ruins, like right next to a Mayan Temple. We were sleeping on sacred grounds!! Sky drop dead gorgeous. Just absolutely perfect. Ocean across street. Trees beautiful. No bugs. Air Conditioner. Great wifi and Roku. Even a fridge. Great glamping, I guess. It was MAGICAL.

Calm as quiet

Hard to get a taxi/uber. But there are street taxis called collectivo which are super cheap and go past the building every few minutes

Great service , good experience.

The pool is open until 12 midnight. Air in cabin is ice cold.

not much to eat around that area but they do have a fridge so you can bring food, snacks and drinks.
