Nice, cosy hotel near to the ferry for Isla Mujeres but not so close to the city center. The staff was really friendly. Spacious room and big soft bed. It was our first stay in Mexico, so at the moment didn’t fell really safe, although that wasn’t true. It was absolutely fine. Unfortunately we left really early and we didn’t have the chance of having breakfast.

There aren’t any shutters or dark curtains, so we woke up really early because of the sun in the eyes. The bathroom could be a bit in a better condition. The time of they provide the breakfast was different that was mentioned when we book.

Cute hotel very close to the ferries to Isla Mujeres. Personnel is friendly and helpful, the room is comfortable and with a stylish decor. The breakfast included was really nice and plenty.

The rooms need better maintenance, the curtain fell on me and I noticed it was already broken but put back together in an unstable way. I'm the room there's a nice breakfast bar, sink and fridge but no glasses or utensils or plates, so basically useless. Although personnel is very nice and always ready to help with what you need.

You most definitely get what you pay for with this property! If you're looking for something in Cancun that isn't in the hotel zone, we recommend. It was easy to walk around, safe at night, and there were always taxis available that didn't totally try to rip you off! The room itself was huge, WIFI was great (I was able to work remotely no issue), and the breakfast was great! There was someone at the front desk at all hours of the day, and there is an external lock on the property so no one can get in. Would recommend!

Only issue was with the bathroom amenities - I recommend bringing your own shampoo, conditioner etc.

-The Rooms are Spacious! The A/C worked really well and the bed was a nice size. We LOVED that breakfast was included everyday and was REALLY HEARTY- we would eat around 10AM and it we wouldn’t be hungry until 5pm. - The room has a fridge, and if you ask you can have a coffee maker. we went to OXXO and got some sodas and milk. We also had our own Coffee Grounds and Filters with us- LOVED THIS PART! - Across the Road at the OXXO there is an HSBC ATM- easy to take money out. -We don’t like to be in the sun too much so we didn’t mind that we weren’t on the Ocean. We appreciated that it was away from the Hotel Zone. The Taxi to the center of Cancun was reasonable (70 pesos- return from the center 50 pesos) and we could easily take a small bus for 10 pesos a person and then switch to a larger bus for 12 pesos a person and in 30 minutes to an hour be at the Hotel Zone and on the FREE ACCESS PUCLIC BEACH Playa Forum. - easy to get Taxi and Public Bus -Close to the Hotel, across the street is the Ferry to ISLA MUJERES. On and Off super easy! ALSO- while waiting, the bar serves STARBUCKS and has a killer view of the ocean. You can also eat there- it was reasonable and good-ish. - Walking the Opposite direction 15 minutes public beaches and an abundance of sea-view restaurants- Just ask the staff they are eager to help and suggest. - We walked over to Europocar to rent a car one afternoon ( 3 second walk) and were able to get a car to drive to Tulum. - One morning we woke to a dazzling pink sunrise! -I worked the 2 weeks we were there and had training on ZOOM - INTERNET IS GREAT! - The Staff are AMAZING.

- I wish that there were some type of provided transportation- for example some bikes to ride, or scooters to rent from them, or a van that would come and go at certain hours and take you down the street. Although I know that walking is easy enough, and there is Public Transportation- sometimes it would have been easier to explore and enjoy more the surroundings. - The Toilet smelled, and was very loud. - Bring your own Shampoo. I also love NATURAL products, but the Shampoo and Soap provided didn’t do it for me. So we bought our own Shampoo and Hand Soap from the OXXO.

Room.was huge and beautifully styled , TV supported hdmi functions and good WiFi. good fridge , Short walk north to a lovely beach. A few local good value taco stalls nearby. 24 hour reception Enabled.a quick walk to the Isla Mujeres ferry for a fantastic day trip with even better beaches.. Staff very helpful and friendly but also security conscious which I appreciated

Lucky Duck PJ is located a short walk to the ferry terminal. We were seeking an overnight stay with planned departure for Isla Mujeres in the morning. The hotel is crisply decorated, clean, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. The included breakfast menu offers a variety of freshly prepared items. This is a Cancún hidden gem and the price is right!

Bring your own drinking water. There’s a grocery 2 blocks away as well as restaurants nearby.

The staff were very friendly, the room was big and the AC was excellent! The breakfast was fantastic!

The room was quite noisey with traffic and out door noise, also quite bright with the curtains being quite transparent. The location is great for Isla Mujeres and a small beach but limited to much else.

Room was huge, breakfast was good, staff very friendly. We stayed one night and for that it is perfect. There is not much you can do in the surrounding area, ferry to Isla Mujeres is right there and a small brewery in the same street which I'd recommend to check out.

The room could be a bit cleaner, but it was nothing unacceptable.

It has a really good location if you are willing to go to isla mujeres. The ferry is just in front of the hotel. We really liked it plus it is really nice. The place was beautiful and the staff is really nice too!

The only thing I would say is “bad” is it isn’t really clean. There were some stains on the towels.

I was looking for a hotel next to the ferry, and we stayed only one night without big expectations. But it was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was also tasty (only coffee with a bit weird taste). We liked the deco and the humor around the ducks, and our kids enjoyed playing with the ducks :) My husband told that this hotel helped him to feel the faith in humanity again after the touristy and overall cash-driven Cancun. Lucky Duck has a fair pricing, hope it will keep it up.
