Quiet, clean, private patio area, free parking. Short walk to the main passenger ferry to Isla Mujeres. A few small shops and restaurants nearby.

No view. Access to the beach was not very easy. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Some of the descriptions I read mentioned a bar and restaurant on site. It looks like this used to be the case, but not anymore. There is a port directly across the street from the hotel, but this is only for tours and fishing and snorkeling excursions.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to food vendors and restaurants, Ferry port, not to mentionthe new Fast Ferry to Isla Mujeres at the Ultramar Port. Room was a nice size with a pleasant, breezy patio area. Rooms come with Netflix so you can catch up on your shows after a fun day in the sun. Staff was excellent, super helpful and efficient. Air conditioning was strong! Love the atmosphere of the place. No breakfast due to covid, but free instant coffee in the cute seating area with a lot of good breakfast options a short distance away. It felt like you were a guest in their home. Always professional and kind reception.

Some of the facilities are older, the sink pipe in our room broke, however, the staff was very reassuring and fixed the problem within the day, while we went out and about, and we didn't even have to change rooms! The fan in our room i think lost a pull string but was totally not necessary given the new high powered AC. Only real problem was our old shower door that sometimes would unlatch, but was totally manageable and not too leaky, plus we were given a little floor mat towel.

Perfect location for sea trips, isla mujeres or snorkelling or shark whales, close to comperatively quieter beaches, there's a bus ride to city center easily. Staff are very nice, helpful and they speak English.

Not sure from where, i had some noise issues early in two mornings. This is not a deal breaker of course for me. For Tulum and similar trips they pick you up so early and return you very late. (those are full day trips and transport is arranged by tour provider anyway)

The workers were very polite and helpful. In the morning you can make tea or coffee downstairs. Hair dryer was available upon request. The hotel is located a few yards across the street from the boats and ferries to take you to see Isla mujeres. There is a ATM close by and an OXXO a few steps away. There is a place to relax and sunbathe on the roof upstairs.

Hot water runs out in about 10 to 15 seconds, so you need to take a quick shower. The internet was very slow in the room but very good and fast in the lobby downstairs.

Toilet leaked water onto the floor with every flush. Staff was helpful in moving me to another room.

The hotel has amazing location, in front of ferry to Isla mujeres. We stayed one night in Cancun just to visit the island. They kept safe our luggage until our return:) Room was basic but clean. Friendly staff.

The staff were very nice and accomodating. They are very laid back and let you do your own thing. There is free coffee and tea available but no breakfast, which is ok with us because we are fairly picky with food. The location is in OLD Cancun, it was not bad for our first time in Cancun, but there was a learning curve with the local transportation. We used up some of our time getting lost on the local bus systems. It is in Puerto Juarez area which is far away from the popular hotel zone beaches, but there is a local beach next door that has plenty of nice little restaurants that sit right on the shoreline serving cheap fish and beer. Speaking spanish is essential around there however.

Internet could be faster.

There’s a 24 hour check in which is what we needed as we arrived at 5:30 in the morning. quick easy check in, nice hot shower and plenty of space.
