we were welcomed in with extremely nice staff and check in was quick and easy. the property was clean and had extremely hot water at all times. The staff stayed on top of cleaning. there was a stocked drink cooler in the lobby and the price for the drink was really good. location was great a short walk to Avenue Tulum where there bus line, stores, shopping plaza, and so much more. while all staff was so nice and welcoming Noa was so nice and we became quick friends. I felt it safe to let my kids explore alone even in the evening. any concerns I had were addressed quickly and professionally. I recommend this hotel. we walked from Puerto Juarez and it wasn’t a terrible walk from the ferry dock back to the hotel either.

Perfect stay. It was very roomy and clean. The room was huge for us and our two kids. Two big beds and a couch plus tv. We wanted to be downtown, and it was such a locla feel, which we liked. Easy to get a combi to El Niño Beach or anywhere else. Walkable to the bus station, but if hot and have bags, just take an Uber. The staff was friendly. Some nice local places to eat nearby. Cheap and yummy. Everyone in the area was super friendly too! The AC in the room was perfect, the fan, bathroom, etc. It was also super quiet at night. Oh and Netflix on TV!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Also the price was perfect for what it was. (FyI perfect for people used ro budget travel this is not the Hilton so if you expect the Hilton go there 😜 )

The place is comfortable, everything is good overall. The lady at the front desk during daytime is very kind. There is a guy who charges more than the amount that booking tells you..

Second enjoyable stay in a row with Hotel de Jardin. Good aircon. Hot water shower. I loved how the beds had a light, comfortable duvet rather than a bedsheet. Super clean.

I deducted one point for the following improvements to be made: Room detergent was strong and took 24 hours to dissipate. There is no reason to spray the toilet paper with perfume. Ceiling fan did not work. Passive smoke comes inside the building and hotel rooms from smokers outside.

It was close to the Ferry, minisplit was awsome & cold.

The room was on the 4th floor, we had to carry all our luggage 4 stories, my husband has a bad back so he had to go up and down the stairs 2 times to bring all the luggage up, yes I did too.

There was not hot water in the shower. You can here people outside the room. The neiberhood is not so nice and at night is little spoke go there alone.

The location was a little weird at first but then you realized how close you were to experiencing a part of the real downtown Cancun. Living with the locals. Mall was 5 mins walk money exchange and even cellular store.

Hotel could take some updating. Needs a central area that offers a coffee or tea machine

Clean big room, good AC, nice helpful staff. Secure parking

The lobby / réception watches their TV very loudly, even thought we were on the top floor, we could clearly hear it all night. I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. Can't imagine what it would be like being in the first floor. There is no elevator so be ready to climb up 4 floors.

Walking distance from ADO terminal. Nice staff. I had to go away for a week and they stored my bag for a week. Room was comfortable. For the price this place was perfect.
