Fir the price of the room it was much more than my expectations. Clean, quite, great staff. I even extended my stay for three more nights. I'll be leaving cancun for three days but will be rebooking this place to finish my vacation.the

When I first got to my room I closed the curtains and they fell down. Maintenance fixed it right away. Later on I turn on the ac no working. So I got moved to another room. It was all good then.

Clean and Convenient

Paying additional tax on arrival. This was not transparent and refusing to hand over the keys to our bedroom unless the tax was paid in cash. Offered to pay via card as we had no cash dollars on arrival. Reception refused but later accepted card. This is the same for Deigh booking on the 10th February as well. Please be more transparent next time. Paid 315,000 Pesos per room.

The rooms are a decent size and has everything you may need. I enjoyed the aspect of having a restaurant on site and not having to go outside. The restaurant food had a lot of options and loved the arrachera dish. Breakfast is a lot of food options and staff is so friendly.

When you first arrive you are not sure where the door is, it makes it look uninviting, and the neighborhood makes you feel unsafe. One staff member was not helpful and other days other staff where helpful and friendly. When asking for an extra towel, I received an old towel that was worn down.

I am positive we received an upgraded room which was wonderful as what I was expecting to see from the location.

The room door. Seemed to be easy for someone to break down to get in our room. Just a regular plywood door you see on a closet door at home. We only stayed for one night, but if I were to stay longer this would most be a concern for me. We ended up staying here due to a 5 am flight leaving islas mujeres, so those who need to be on the land for a quick flight this was great.

Super clean room, YouTube premium subscription on the TV and good condition system. Fair price cafeteria and helpful staff. Thanks for the receptionist, she borrowed me an adaptor ( I have returned it to your male colleague XD

Too far from the beach, but the bus 1 or 2 will bring you there (30 mins). Close to local shops and restaurants. The prices are 5 times less than in the hotel zone

After a long flight we slept very well at the hotel. The bar and restaurant staff were lovely and made a great first impression of Mexico. Food was good too!

The air conditioner. The one in our room did a horrible sound, which made it impossible to sleep with. It needs maintenance.
