The hotel is conveniently located at 10 minutes taxi from Puerto Juarez and 20 minutes taxi from Cancun airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although a bit outdated and with signs of time. Our room had quite bad lighting and a very noise air conditioning engine just outside the window. There were some build works (well advertised) going on during our stay, so, hopefully, some improvements are on the way.. Nevertheless, a good location for the last night prior to flying back.

It was all in great shape! The staff were nice. The pool was great just wish it wasnt so deep for us short folks. I would definitely be back. Wish the rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. I also wanted free breakfast but that didnt come with the stay.

The pool was too deep for us short people and younger kids. No breakfast. No mini fridge. No microwave. No coffee maker. There was loud music playing several nights in a row.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the Uber drive to the Cancun entertainment strip is cheap.

The hotel room have very thin sheets and no covers, had to use my jacket on top of the sheet to keep warm. No covers for the bed was really the only issue/ negative.

Nice sized room and good location near the bus station

When I arrived the two receptionists were more interested in a telephone call on loudspeaker joking and having fun than even acknowledging me. Once they did after at least 5 minutes they were extremely polite. Just a hello sir I'll be with you after this call is all it takes especially when it sounded like a personal call and both seemed to be wrapped up in it.

The location was walking distance to restaurants and ADO. Rooms were spacious and there no cleanliness issues.

The downstairs staff is very grumpy. I had a problem where my room key kept getting deactivated everyday and this was inconvenient. Bathroom faucets could use deep cleaning. A/C is extremely loud and functions more like a heavy duty cooling fan rather than an A/C. Once you turn it off the room is immediately hot since the A/C was actually more of a fan.

Great location if you're traveling by bus. We just stayed the first night we arrived in Cancun. It took us a few hours to get out of the airport but the reception was open until late and we had no issues checking in. There's a huge supermarket close by and enough places to eat even late at night.

Súper central location for this downtown hotel. Restaurant on site; friendly helpful staff. Not touristic but close to restaurants/cafes and bus stops and convenience stores as needed. I have stayed here again and again and is a hidden gem in central CAN

Needs more tables around pool and cleaned off more frequently.

Stuff were helpful. On one occasion there were people next to me very loud. I went downstairs and talked to reception. They have instantly called them. Loud people stoped!

Smelly drain in the shower.

Was very close to local foods and only a 9 minute walk from Walmart. The staff was very kind and helpful when I needed assistance. The room was pretty spacious and the bed was large.

I did notice a small piece of trash here and there in my hotel room, it wasn't enough to bother me because the bed and bathroom were clean.

An excellent stay for nearly two weeks at this hotel for me. Coming from U.S. I can see good value and this place has it all in that sense. It is a great place for long or short and I will definitely return to here in the future.
