Lovely room but they hadn’t completed the work. Staff were amazing and the food in the attached cafe was phenomenal and I mean that wholeheartedly.

Pool was not clean but the weather was poor so that was ok. It was told to us as ready to use though and it clearly was full of leaves. Poolside bar was closed and jacuzzi unfinished but again the weather was pants and it was a short stay in December so wasn’t an issue for us. I would definitely check these things for yourself depending upon when you go. The staff are awesome and the room was lovely passports were kept in a drawer unlocked and unattended and difficult to get back so I would not advise leaving them with them as the ‘security’ were not present and it was not left in a safe, just a folder in a drawer near the open front door.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Rustic style.

Great location! Close to excellent coffee shops and restaurants like Onda Cafe, Ixum, Wani and local shops! I really enjoyed Clau and Nicole’s yoga classes and America’s sound baths! Chamana a jungle like cafe is next door with excellent coffee, tea and juice options. If you stay at Pachamaya you can pay 250$ for a set breakfast. Chakramaya is their holistic spa. They provide massages, acupuncture, cupping, facials and other alternative therapies like bio magnetism.

They advertise it be a wellness space however the Saturday yoga/pilates class was canceled without any notice. I think they can put a little more effort in having the yoga space organized, especially the outdoor space. There are tables and chairs that make the set up awkward. Also please provide mat cleaner and wipes so mats and blocks can be properly sanitized after each use. I stayed for a week so it would have been nice to have a mini fridge. There is a space for it however my room didn’t have one. I was also surprised there was no safe. My room faced the street which inevitably meant noise, perhaps some attention to this but can’t really be avoided.

The hotel is safe and clean. The room was very huge, I liked the big bed and the nice view from my window. The pool was quiet just as the hotel was, it’s amazing for chilling and resting your mind after a stressful period. The staf is very nice and friendly. They propose many courses ( yoga / pilates ), I unfortunately had no time to try it but this is a great idea !

unfortunately I had no refrigerator in my room, my water was warm and the fruits I bought have rotten fast. The staff told me that they would provide at least a bottle of drinkable water everyday but I only had it the first day. The big pool wasn’t clean every time.

Location was nice, everything was close and plenty of good restaurants etc around. Room was spacious and our favorite thing was the pool area. We also loved taking the morning yoga class.

Even though we would stay in Pachamaya again, there was (unlike the other hotels we have stayed at in Mexico) no ventilation in the room and it was so horribly moist and smelled like mold. Nothing helped. Also - we are luckily not light sleepers, but for anyone who is, I do not recommend staying there, because rooms have no sound insulation and you can hear absolutely everything and loudly. Of course there might be rooms that are more quiet, make sure to ask about it.

- Really liked the outdoor pool and relaxation areas. - staff were incredible very friendly and very patient helping me with my Spanish(they spoke amazing English also) - central location to most of downtown Cancun - house keeping team was also incredible and very attentive to all our needs.

- The shower had a very strange smell coming from it anytime it was used which was very off putting especially having to use it as I didn’t feel quite clean. - Hairdryer at reception is not compatible with sockets so had to sit holding plug for it to work. - Outdoor lighting stays on most of the night so is very bright in room till at least 11-11:30pm Please also be aware when booking check your room photos as I made the mistake of ordering a small basic room when I could’ve had a nicer one.

This is a little calm oasis, tucked away from the street with a small pool and cafe which we particularly liked. There are various Yoga, Pilates and other classes running at different times during the week. There are a selection of local restaurants nearby which were great. The wider area is pretty busy with roads running to the port, resorts and downtown. The staff are exceptionally helpful and we wished we had stayed longer.

Some aspects of the accommodation is a little tired but no issues. Slightly difficult to locate on GPS maps so double check if making your own way

We stayed here at the end of our 2 week trip for just one night but it was an extremely good option for us before catching our flight the next morning. The room had everything we needed and the staff were exceptionally friendly - even letting us use the facilities when we had a late flight the day of our check out. The location of the hotel is also very close to the bus station if you are arriving via the ADO bus.

What a beautiful stay we had as a couple! We cannot understand how the rating on Google could be so bad (4,0), must be fake reviews without any explanations. For very good price we had the chance to stay at a beautiful hotel. The food was fabulous and healthy, the coworkers were super friendly and helpful at all times. Our sleeping room was big, clean and very cool. We had a beautiful time and we deeply thank the staff of this hotel for making our stay so beautiful. 🙏🏻
