very close to the central ADO bus station,which was handy as I was only in Cancun 2 days before catching a bus. I might stay there again on my last night to catch the Airport ADO. room was large.

Everything about this stay was excellent. We had to move from our airbnb condo due to cleanliness issues on a Friday night, we found this hotel on booking.com, best decision ever, the rooms were super spacious, our studio had kitchenette and small living room area, beds were so comfortable and the room was super clean. Staff were super attentive specially the gentleman working the evening shift, who showed us our room. We were concerned by not being in the hotel zone as usual but Nader avenue has everything we could ask for, so close to everything but still in a very nice and safe area, we went for evening walks and always felt safe. The Cafe next door has amazing food. We'll come back for sure.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and included a fridge and a microwave. The location was quiet, but walking distance to what we needed, and the beds were super comfy. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and even let us leave a little luggage. There is a cafe right next door that serves all day - you can order it as room service too! A great stay, would definitely recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially the Gentlemen working in the late evenings. Good location, clean, comfortable, spacious, good value for money.

Food left outside the fridge will attract ants but daily housekeeping resolves the problem :)

The facilites are clean and comfortable, convenient location close to ADO, restaurants, and supermarkets. Excellent place for a good rest, no noises at all.

I loved everything here. I wish I could have stayed longer. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. There was good wifi. Lovely café next door and the area had many good restaurants. Safe and clean area.

Very large room with comfortable bed. Great location in the city centre. Good WiFi.

Window facing a wall, but not a big issue since we only stayed one night. Not easy to calibrate the water temperature in the shower.

Friendly staff, great location and clean rooms. Located at a 8 min walk from Ado station and near a lot of good local eateries. The R1 and R2 bus station are also close by .They were kind enough to allow us to store our luggage before checking in and after check out.
