The hotel has an amazing location in downtown Cancun with good access to a bus station, grocery stores and great restaurants in the area. The rooms are very clean and everything looks very modern. Staff is very nice and the important things like a private bathroom with a huge shower, ac and fast internet are available.

There are just a few things that we were not 100% happy with but they are all just minor details, that shouldnt be a deal breaker for anyone thinking of visiting. The shower did not have a lot of pressure so showering was not the most fun and took longer than usual. The ac was not exceptionally strong but it got the job done. It just took a few minutes to cool the whole room. There was no mini fridge which I would have preferred since we could never cool our drinks that we brought for drinking in the night.

Very pleasant little hotel which served our needs on an overnight en route to Merida. Very friendly and helpful staff. The elevator wasn't working and we had a LOT of luggage, but the receptionist arranged for our bags to be kept securely on the ground floor til morning, which we really appreciated. "Breakfast included " means a choice from a set menu, otherwise you can choose from a wider selection, but pay extra. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff also attentive and friendly.

Clean, spacious, has free parking, friendly staff, good location (geographically), reasonable price, well maintained, smart TV, seat in the shower, large mirrors in the room, great A/C, darkening curtains, a small fridge in the room

Our room was on a second floor facing directly to a bar that had loud music late at night (until 3 AM or later), and then had a couple having a loud argument and screaming pretty bad, and it sounded like they were right outside our window. Also, there weren't any blankets or comforters in the room

Convenient downtown location. Walking distance to the bus station, restaurants and a city park. Taking a bus to the hotel zone is also easy. Lovely staff with a special mention to Jefsi who answered my many questions haha.

If you’re unfortunate to get a room near the lift/elevator motor, it can be quite noisy. Also of note, there is a club opposite, but it wasn’t open the nights I stayed.

All staff are super helpful and friendly, the room very spacious and clean, nicely clean , great shower and big room for a shower, really love it. Breakfast was really simple but good. I was not expecting that much comfort for the price I paid

The noise from the construction going on next to the building, but I understand that there's nothing that can be done, let's hope next time they are done. The view of the street is not the best.

The room was clean and the bed was SO comfortable. The area has many restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, bus station, access to Hotel Zone, etc.. The staff are warm and accommodating. The room was so big and modern. It also came with a fridge!

A bit of noise coming in from the street. And some of the outlets in the room didn't work. Minor things.

Its location was ideal. The food market and ADO Bus service was at walking distance. I enjoyed my stay at LUMA by Kavia. The staff is very courteous and supportive. The room was kept neat and clean. It was a comfortable stay.

Complimentary water was not available in the room on first day and I had to go to market to get water. However, water was made available next three days on complimentary basis.

We stayed in this hotel several times and will always come back. The staff is super nice and professional. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and well maintained. Shower is amazing and beds super comfy. The location is perfect, in the city centre when you can eat local food and walk around calmly and safely. The public bus to the beach stops just in front and it’s walking distance from main ADO station.

A hairdryer in the rooms are missing but in the heat of Cancún it is not a big issue.

Excellent place to stay over in Cancun after a flight! The best choice we have had there! Extremely clean, modern hotel with comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff, and even a nice cafe to get coffee and breakfast. Walking distance to ADO bus station and OK neighborhood to walk around for food and fun. Loved it! Will be back.

It’s located in prime spot and is reasonably priced. The room is big enough and very clean. The sheets were changed everyday promptly and the cleaning staff was very friendly.

Surprisingly they ran out of water bottles and suggested me to buy my own for that day instead of arranging it themselves.
