The location and the pool area , good wifi

Second stay ins the space of a week , was given a room better than the first time ( could open windows , no mould on bathroom crawling) a bit tired but plenty of plugs and very spacious , asked receptionist if they had luggage storage as our flight was late in the evening, was told luggage storage was only until 3 pm , next day another receptionist ( a lovely lady) told us there was no 3 pm cut off for storing luggage .

I felt like everyone was watching me as there were signs everywhere "NO OUTSITE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED"... bit weird as there was no shop insite only restaurant.

I FORGOT MY PHONE IN THE ROOM ,CLEANING PERSON RAN DOWN THE STREET TO GIVE IT TO ME,POOL WAS NICE AND RELAXING, RESTAURANT HAD GOOD FOOD,GOOD PRICE,LOCATED TO WALK EVERYWHERE, ROOM PRICE GOOD, A+ STAY

THE BREAKFAST WAS WELL PREPARED. THEY COULD OFFER SOMETHING DIFFERENT EVERYDAY BUT I GOT THE SOMETHING EVERYDAY. I WOULD OF LIKE TO AT LEAST BEEN OFFER MORE THAN 1 CUP OF TEA. THE TOAST WAS VERY GOOD AND HAD REAL BUTTER AND NICE STRAWBERRY JAM. THE WAITER WAS GOOD THE COOK WAS THE BEST. ROOM CLEANER WERE GOOD TOO, OVERALL FOR THE MONEY IT WAS GOOD

I SAID IN PREVIOUS NOTE WHAT I FOUND WRONG . I WAS THE ONLY AMERICAN THERE . WISH THERE WERE MORE BILINGLE. THEY MAY OF UNDERSTOOD WHAT I SAID BUT DID NOT SHOW THAT

10 minute walk to ado bus station. Good restaurants close by (sushi buffet and Parrillo (the bull in front) was absolutely terrific.

When I first arrived I was somewhat disappointed because it looked bigger and "fancier" online. When I arrived and the longer I stayed the more I liked the location. Central to everything! It is especially great for traveling with family. The pool is shallow but I don't swim much anyway. A great place. A great location. The staff was very on top of the cleaning. Not overly friendly and that's okay. They tended to my needs as I requested. I ended up knowing that when I travel again to Cancun, I will likely stay in the same hotel.

Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. Maybe it's me adapting or maybe it was just enough.

Reasonably priced for the last minute booking and the location was in a safe area near restaurants.

The best of the place is the staff, they were so helpful. They help us in all our requests, and solve all our questions. Also, the breakfast it was amazing.

The windows in the room weren't so good, so you could listen the traffic for the street. But we were in the second floor, so we slept really good.

Unlike the overpriced beach hotels further up the coast, this little hotel in downtown Cancun has an authentic feel of old Mexico. Very cheap, excellent $5 dollar breakfasts, nice swimming pool in the courtyard, and lots of interest nearby, what's not to like?

Everything, the hotel was clean, good A.C, good WiFi. The staff were very friendly.
