The property is typical Mexican hacienda, with pool and at best foot location to main spots in old town Cancun. You can feel the real vibe ob Mexican life, at the same time you are close to downtown or Puerto Juares. The room has ac, new brand tv, but we missed a fridge- oportunity for owners to invest in facility…. The staff, especially the lasy, was so kind and helpful. We needed a print of our boarding passes and she did it with pleasure free of charge. I highly recommend to real traveller, backpack traveller, whose culture is on the top of experience.

This hotel is a good option for a one-night stopover in Cancun if you are taking the ADO bus to other locations. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to the ADO bus station and there are several good restaurants nearby. The staff are very kind and helpful. The air-con works well. The pool looked good but we weren't there long enough to use it. We felt very safe in this hotel.

The bathroom is very small and has very little air flow. The beds were not very comfortable. However, it is a very good price for a hotel room in Cancun in a good location, so it is good for one night.

The location is great if you come by bus or by plane, because it is nearby the ADO bus station, you can esily reach on foot. Easy to find, lot of restaurants abd shops nearby. And they have a pool!

WiFi was only available in public areas which is a bit out of date.

did everything you need for a night or two's stay, rooms are basic but comfortable and spacious. Clean and just a few minute walk to downtown, felt very safe

aircon was a bit noisy, was fine for us as we were jet lagged and passed out but could get a bit annoying if staying for longer

Staff are so helpful. We were able to walk to and from the Ado bus station so perfect location

No Wifi in rooms so people sitting round talking on phones in lobby n hall way so very noisy

Booked last minute here after rain spoiled my plans of visting Isla Holbox. Stored my bags until room was ready. Night staff was great. Pool looked great but I did not get in. Saw Jose on night shift work incredlibly hard to help a turkish family find formula for their baby through the use of hand signals and google translate. Was very pleasant to see

Bathroom roof leaked for 2 mins during rainstorm then stopped and didnt leak the rest of my stay.

The location was amazing, near a bunch of restaurants and shops.

The room itself was small but serviceable. Nothing special about the hotel but it did its job.

Perfect location for the Ado station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Hotel felt safe. Nice pool.

Shower wasn't good. Only 2 sunbeds at the pool. WiFi didn't work in our room. It would have been nice to have a shared fridge in the outdoor kitchen
