The room was nice, especially the ones that are over looking the pool and not the street. Breakfast was also nice and diverse. I was only missing plain water to drink, but they had other things so I managed. Even though the hotel is not in the middle of the hotel strip, there are nice local restaurants around, and it was very easy to move around with Uber.

Breakfast doesnt start before 7:30, and one day we had to leave earlier and we left without eating or at list getting a sandwich or something else.

Very clean!!!! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!!! Would definitely stay here again, but only for 1 or 2 nights. Would stay longer if the rooms had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave.

Rooms didn't have a coffee maker, fridge or microwave. Would have been okay without a coffee maker if they had coffee available in the lobby throughout the day, at no cost, or at least reasonable. We paid 40 pesos each for a tiny cup of coffee

This is our second stay here and we found both times the hotel and rooms are very clean, very spacious and we really love the included breakfast. Chilaquiles station! Daily housekeeping, laundry service if needed. Staff is friendly and helpful, always around if needed. We'd get ice in the evening and the staff were very attentive and happy to fill your bucket in the lobby.

The hallways echo and you can hear any and every door close and any talking in the hallway. Could use a mini fridge in the rooms, not sure if this is the case for all rooms. Overall though a great stay and quite central - 6 min walk to the ADO station.

I had a great stay at Adhara Express! Everything was excellent — the location is perfect, with the park, ADO bus station, and local bus stops all within walking distance. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything worked perfectly — the air conditioning, the pool in the courtyard, and all the facilities. There are also plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. Highly recommended!

There was no cheese at breakfast, but that’s just a personal preference. Overall, the breakfast was fine.

The room was really big and comfortable! I loved the breakfast with a lot of yummy options, and the pool was really nice. The hotel also has an agreement with a beach club that allowed us to go in with a discounted price, and with free transport :) Plus, it’s 5 minutes from the ADO bus station!!

The doors aren’t really insulated and we could hear a lot of noise coming from the hallways at night (every time someone opened or closed a door, people talking…). It disturbed our sleep a little. Also, I didn’t really like the area but that’s subjective.

The rooms were super clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good spread of continental and local favorites. One of my kids has a couple of food allergies and enquired with the kitchen staff about what he could eat. Seeing that he could have just the chocolate chip muffins from the pastries, they brought him a few more to enjoy. That was very thoughtful of them. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and used towels were replaced with fresh ones. Overall, the hospitality at Adhara Express is top-notch for a three-star hotel. Its central location, walkable to both Mercado 28 and 23, makes it an ideal choice.

I recently stayed at the Adhara Express Hotel in Cancun and had a pleasant experience overall. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment for relaxation. The breakfast provided a good variety of delicious options, which was a great start to the day. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, with rooms and common areas kept spotless.

I encountered a disappointing aspect during my stay: the hotel’s policy regarding guests. They charge an extra fee if you want to spend time with a friend in your room, which I found quite unusual and inconvenient. This policy was a significant factor in deciding not to choose Adhara Express for my next visit to Cancun.

Good location in walki g distance from Ado’s terminal. Clean and spacious room. Friendly and nice staff. Good brekfast. Basic gym in hotel, but if you would like one more proffesional it’s very close to the hotel. Free transfer one time a day to zone hotelera.

Entrance door to the room was not fitted ok you could se the light from corridor, so it was quite noisy inside the room. If you would like to walk out from bathroom you need to step into shower because it was not enough space to open the doors.

The location was good, close to restaurants. The room was big enough and lots of light. There was a balcony. The pool was good. Complimentary breakfast was good. The staff were very respectful. There was a shuttle for the beach (that I didn't use). AC and safe in the room.

Not enough hangers in the closet. TV didn't have a large number of channels. These were not deal-breakers though.
