-location is great. 5 minutes from ADO bus station, and Parque de las Palapas, Market 23 and Market 28 are close by -staff are nice and friendly -rooms were surprisingly good! quite big, comfortable, equipped with AC and TV

-we only stayed 1 night as we were getting the bus the next day, and the water seemed to have run out. the toilet cistern wasn't filling up and had to fill it up myself with a water bottle. the water in the shower also stopped half way through - i don't know if this is a normal thing, or we just got unlucky

very busy area so a lot of noise at night

Location next to Ado,clean simple rooms, great price value

It is perfect for one night, if you want to take a early bus at the ADO station.
