The room was extremely large and located in what I presume to be a more quiet wing of the facility. Pretty easy to find with good directions fromt he staff and good signage. The bed was the star of the show! Extremely spacious and comfortable, the pillows as well!

The cleanliness was a bit lackluster. The bathroom sink drain was slow to drain and some undesirable contents would float back up through the sink drain. The shower had zero pressure and the water tempurature was ok but not great.

We had the studio room, so was great to have a hob, fridge, mircowave, toaster etc. Decent size room, comfy beds and pillows. Air con was great. Spacious, clean bathroom. Good location, right next to the bus station, bus to the beaches/hotel zone was very cheap (like 60cents) and can take anywhere from 15-35 mins depending on what beach you are going too. Big supermarket across the road. Pool was great & food options were good too, a few vegan options which were very yummy. Books available. TV in the room has Netflix & Disney plus so great for English TV. Cute cat and dog at the hotel!

Not many kitchen things in the room like pots & pans but I just borrowed them from the shared kitchen area. We were right above the restaurant downstairs on the street which played loud music until pretty late (lucky we are heavy sleepers so once asleep it wasn't a problem). The restaurant gave us cheese one day instead of tofu (was meant to be tofu on the menu). When we sent it back the chef came out and told us it was some 'new tofu' they had and was definitely vegan. It was 100% dairy cheese lol! We have been vegan for 5 years now and i know for sure it wasn't tofu. When we asked to see the packet to check the ingredients they said they didn't have the packet haha, we just didn't eat it.

We were told that we had been upgraded, just to realize in the end that they had indeed put us in a better room than planned but they made us pay the full price of this deluxe room instead of the normal room we had booked… Music loud until late, we didn’t mind but it can bother more sound sensitive people.

Nice room, lovely bar & pool area, friendly service. Breakfast is yummy.

There was loud music in the bar that I could hear in my room and it went on pretty late.

First I was given a naked room, with broken leaking AC, dangerous broken floor, no night lamp, etc. When I expressed discomfort, the staff immediately gave me another beautiful room, complete and cosy. I spent a lovely resting night there, as I'm used to in Selina. I will always come back to Selina 💗

That I was given a very ugly room first, shampoo botles empty, broken, loud and leaking AC, no night lamps, broken floor, no character at all. When this room 1110 gets fixed and given the Selina touch, I'll be glad to come back.

Lovely place for a very low price. Nice bar / restaurant and pool area. Really friendly helpful staff. I thought I had booked in a 4 bed dorm but when I arrived I was put in a private room with a double bed. Maybe because it was off season. But yeah, very very happy with that. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing really, could have been a little cleaner in the shower and bathroom areas but other than that, everything was fine.. Cheers Selina 👍

I stayed in the private room and it was very big with a huge comfortable bed. It’s opposite the ADO bus station and very handy for traveling. The ferry port for Isla Mujeres is also very close.

There were no toiletries, not even soap in the room when I arrived.

The common facilities are amazing, big shared kitchen with two separate stoves, filtered water to refill your bottle, plenty of sitting areas around the big pool. More seating areas near the reception counters. Plenty of shower stalls and bathroom options. Location is also amazing, steps from Cancun downtown ADO bus terminal for easy access to take the bus to the airport or south to Playa Del Carmen, Tulum etc. Also super close to a local community food park that has amazing food and nightly local community activities. Overall a great vibe.

We were looking for a place next to the Bus terminal so Selina was perfect. The room is very specious however humidity is extremely high leaving the room with a very strong smell. No hot water in the shower and our room was located literally on top of a bar so there was very loud music until like 10-11 pm. For one night, it was what we needed.

The pool and facilities were awesome. The room was very clean

My room was right across from the pool, which is where the party was every night. It was extremely loud in my room till around 1 am, whether there was ppl partying or not
