Ideal location for anyone arriving or departing via bus as it is right next to the bus station but as buses arrive and depart via a back road this does not interfere with the hotel or cause any noise or disturbance. Excellent for anyone with disabilities as there are no stairs, and all levels can be reached via wide-sloping walkways. Restaurant serves good, reasonably priced meals.

Some areas are looking tired and in need of renovation.

We wanted to be by the ADO bus station and it's right across the street. The room we requested was not ready, we were given an upgraded room with a balcony without asking. We were only there for about 18hrs, so we didn't have a chance to try the pool or the restaurant. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. All in all it met the need that we had.

The room has a bit of a damp smell to it. That is really the only negative.

Rooms were kept immaculate. Staff were all super friendly, even with the language barrier. The grounds were lovely with the peacocks wandering around. The pool was kept clean and had no restrictions so we could swim when it was quiter. The location to bars, shops and transport were perfect. We were gutted to have to leave, and even though we don't like to visit the same places twice with so much world to see. We're considering going back for our wedding

The location was very convenient at the bus station The staff was pleasant The hotel was clean with the exception of the windows but we didn’t mind that The food at the restaurant was very good and the staff there very nice. The price was reasonable The garden and pool areas were very nice.

I didn’t like that there were parrots in a cage.

Parrots in a cage was really upsetting. In this day and age, animals should not be locked up. I am an animal lover. Release them please to a parrot rescue so they can fly and not be caged their entire life. It made me feel ill to see them like that. Please let them go. 🙏

The pool, across ADO Bus station, McDonald's is nearby street food and Oxxo next to place. Restaurant inside has decent food. The ambiente is relaxing

It feels a bit unsafe but is the amount of people traveling. But I been walking at 1 am 2 am and never had a problem. Not much to say bad about this place.

Location. Room and kids pool. Very nice and a great price.

I do not like to see 2 beautiful birds trapped in a small cage. Really this needs to change. Take them to a rescue center. It's not acceptable to do this to animals.

What a pleasant surprise this little Hotel turned out to be. Very quiet, great location near the ADO. A nice little restaurant that we had breakfast at each morning. Slept extremely well.

Lack of refrigerator. Could use a paint job and the grounds maintained just a little better.

Very clean and cozy room. It is in front of the bus station which makes it very easy for people that travel to other cities to catch a bus. We visited the mercados which are walking distance. There is laundry service and so many stores around this hotel.

Water from faucets had chlorine smell. The smell was extremely strong the our eyes were burning. We reported this to reception but this problem was everywhere. They couldn't do anything about it.

Perfect location especially when just needing to stay a night before bus travels.

The bathroom has no privacy, the doors are in shambles and it was a bit dirty. There were insects walking about.
