location was great - 8 minute walk to the ADO station and all the collectivos to Puerto Juarez (beach, ferries, etc). Lots of restaurants around, near the public square and activity there. The pool looked nice (we didn't use it). Rooms were clean and looked like they'd maybe been updated a bit.

The AC only had two speeds - off and full blast! Would have liked some moderation. The TV remote didn't seem to work (pushed the buttons but nothing happened - may have been an operator problem though:)). Main issue is the hotel doesn't have hotel-wide wifi. You have to go to the lobby - you can't get it in your room. That's obviously inconvenient if you want to work or watch a movie or something in your room.

The guests and staff were friendly and fun! It's everything you need. Hot water with pressure. Restaurant. Air conditioner. Good lighting in room. A piano😃. Close to Palapas a great experience!

Wifi in rooms. We had wifi access because our room was above the front desk but I was told there is no access in the rooms, in general. Only in the lobby

Breakfast was excellent,location was good.Many good restaurants nearby..Close to bus depot. Every thing was as advertised. Hot water! Clean towels.Good value!

Very nice hotel in very center of Cancun, very nice clean pool, big rooms and thanks to Erick who help me when artived to hotel, he was very nice and proffesional

The WIFI was unreliable. Despite changing rooms the only stable signal was in the lobby.
