It was very centrally located, very close to the main tullum avenue and the ADO bus station. All restaurants and food spots were very close. There is a retail shop just opposite the hotel. The hotel staff was helpful and used to clean the room everyday. The reception staff was available all the time and was helpful. The hotel is clean and looks good from inside. I took the a non refundable deal as I was already in cancun so got a reasonable price.

There were no irons or iron stand. Also there is no allowance to request late check out even for 30 mins. No kettles in room or tooth brush provided. Air conditioner were not working properly, had to keep them on throughout the stay and shower water drained very slowly.

We enjoyed breakfast and the views from the breakfast area, hough hadn't pre-booked and it seemed a bit pricey. The room seemed very clean

The room was very sparsely furnished and to our surprise did not have any natural light at all - the only small windows from the bathroom were to an internal corridor. We forgot there was a pool and the reception staff didn't mention it when we arrived (a b it jet-lagged) - we only found it by chance next morming when we had breakfast and didn't then have time to use it.

The location was excellent. The hotel was very clean at all times. The ac, fridge, beds, tv, etc were fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. It's quiet and relaxing there. This was my second stay here. I do plan to return. I do hope that they upkeep the hotel.

There was a small leak from the bathroom that soaked the bathroom mat up and this made our stay not so pleasant. The staff was helpful in replacing the mats but it happened everyday.

Well taken care of, bright and very clean place with comfortable beds and daily room service. Be aware, we had a street side room but there are other rooms with windows facing a hallway. Bonus point: Lifts are in good condition and pretty fast, small car park available as well.

Reported issues with lack of water pressure (litteraly just dripping occassionaly) and nothing was ever done about it for 5 days. Toilet seat would move and not stay in place, asked to speak to a manager but that never happend. It would be 10 stars if not the issues listed above as they are pretty good for a Mexican standards. We also avoided Kavia hotels for the rest of our 3 weeks stay due to unresolved issues by management in Cancun.

The pool was great with lots of loungers up there. The room was well laid out and quite large - we were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Really good quality products in the bathroom. The value for money is incredible. The location is great with lots of places close by for food and drinks. The staff were super lovely and helpful when our aircon was working.

Everything was clean, the employees were kind and helpful, the cleaning lady was so kind and efficient. The bed was SO comfortable! Everything was well-thinking. There was a lot of useful stuffs close-by (Oxxo, restaurants, bus stop to go to the beach and Aldo's bus station).

There was no window to air the room, no fridge to keep our drinks cold and not enough space on both sides of the beds to freely open our luggages when needed.

Very clean, central location, close to the ADO bus station and the bus to Zona Hotelera, receptionist Sandra was super helpful when having a problem with checking in to our flight

The curtain of the entrance window, don't blocked all light from outside. You can hear a noise from the other guests due the echoing.

The customer service is brilliiant.. ... the size of the room is brilliant.. cleanliness is amazing.. if you want to stay with the locals and get a feel of the local restaurants your right next to them.. busy in the day quite at night bit safe. Bus trips to anywhere is a 5min walk and the R6 bus is right outside.

I wasn't so sure about the breakfast but to be fair I was only Limited to a continental breakfast and a omelette..

Comfortable stay for 2 nights. Room was big enough for 2 people, spacious bathroom area shower was huge, water pressure not the best but done the job. Water took a while to drain away from shower after use. Room was modern, air conditioning worked well. No windows with natural light but ok for short stay. Location was walking distance to shops restaurants and markets. Wifi worked well. Staff not over friendly but did their jobs well.
