Amazing location and easy to find even at night from the ADO station (which I was nervous about). It is also by the buses that can take you to beaches. The rooftop is beautiful and there is a lot of space to lounge. The beds are solid and really comfy. It is right beside a supermarket which is very convenient. Staff is super helpful. It was a quiet hostel overall, which I really enjoyed.

There is no 24 hour indoor space to chill other than your room. It can get a little cold with the A/C. There was also a fraud issue with booking.com and this hostel. Just be careful and check with the hostel if you are asked for a deposit before you arrive.

This place is brand new and it's very clean Emelio is very friendly and helpful. The security guard also helped me carry my bags upstairs. The roof is awesome. Hammocks and net are a big plus. I liked my room and I slept really well. Shower was awesome! Hot and great pressure.

There is no drinking water provided on site, not even for a refill fee so everyone is buying their own plastic bottles of water. I arrived late at night thirsty and had to go out and buy water. Each bed could do with a small light and a shelf to place things on There's no kitchen, I thought there would be since it's a hostel

The hostel is located just across the road from the main bus station. Rooms are big and beds comfortable, with a curtain by each bed for some privacy. Great facilities - rooftop terrace and swimming pool are great for relaxing. You can still use these for a few hours even after you check out! Helpful and friendly staff members. Luggage storage is very helpful.

AC in the (shared) room can only be controlled by a staff member - if you want to change the temperature, you need to go to reception and ask them to do it for you. Would be nice to have a small light by the bed in the shared rooms.

Clean, good roof top and pool

The guy with the long hair on reception tells you there are no bottom bunks in the larger dorms so that you pay a little more for the smaller dorm but in fact there were bottom beds available. When I said oh it's ok I will just stay in the bigger dorm on a top bunk then he said oh yeah there is bottom bunks available, the sly so and so. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The place itself is good but it just needs to be run better, it's a shame because the roof top area is great. They could do with having different activities throughout the week to make it a more sociable hostel and maybe a wats app group so people can interact with each other.

The staff was very friendly. The supermarket is next door, it’s massive, with everything you might need. Close to the bus terminal. I was super surprised that it was very quiet on a Saturday, I had no issues. I was prepared to have the loudest night of my life but ended up having one of the best sleeps ever. Everyone in my female dorm was mindful of others.

Kitchen had pots and pans, but they were all in criminal condition - scratched, burned, bent. The rooftop opens at 7am, so if you wake up early and want to watch the sunrise or have a quiet place to stretch and journal, there’s none.

Love this hostel and stay here every time I pass through Cancún. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfy, the a/c in rooms is nice and cold at night.

Kitchen is outdoors, therefore always kinda grimey, and there are not enough dishes/silverware, nor any containers to store things so ants don't get in. Also, stovetop was out of order this time. Tiny fridge ("dorm sized") for so many people to share. FIX.THE KITCHEN & FRIDGE SITUATION, AND THIS HOSTEL WILL BE A 10/10

This hostel was very pleasant. The rooms are spacious, each room has air conditioning, and each bed has a curtain for added privacy. In terms of location, it is in the city center near the train station, making it easy to travel anywhere you need. As for the staff, they are very helpful.

It would be great to have more hangers to dry your clothes.

This property is pretty cool. Up a flight of stairs to the roof top you have a cool place to hang out, work out, use the kitchen, or use the pool. I appreciate the curtain for the bunk bed (8 bed room) as well as the bathroom and shower in the dorm room. The bed was comfortable enough for me, however the room could have been better. The staff were great and helpful The location is close to a 24hr Oxxo convenient store, a grocery store, and the ADO bus station (which was important for me and helped a lot).

The room was very warm and humid and smelled like shoes. There are only three little windows and it desperately needs a fan in there. Too hot to use the privacy curtain on the bunk bed (8 bed room) The kitchen wasn’t very supplied and the small fridge was full. It would be nice if they provided drinking/cooking water. Expect some people going to the room late after a night of dancing. I wasn’t the only person that didn’t get a lot of sleep. Cool place though

Kitchen lack of some tools, only 1 stove element was working. Full size fridge can be a nice addition. It was not the hostel fault: Some family was all over the kitchen to cook for hours so a lot of people complained. Some people was on speaker phone for long time or tv really loud Some people went drunk and waked me up making noise.

The room was huge with a nice high ceiling. Everything was clean. The staff were very helpful. They stored our luggage for us which was great! Lots of nice spots to chill on the roof top.

Couple areas for improvement, the kitchen didn’t have many dishes. No bowls we could find. We ate our cereal out of frying pans which worked good though. Also the sign over the water cooler saying not to fill large bottles. How much is too much? We just felt guilty every time we took water… not sure if we were supposed to feel guilty. Also no doors on the toilet stalls in the facilities by the pool, was kinda awkward. Overall great stay. Thank you so much!
