I had stayed there 4 nights then traveled to another city ,then returned leaving my suitcase there . I very much appreciated that they safely stored my suitcase and also gave me the same room that I had previously. It was good to come back to a place that I trusted and to see familiar people in that I was traveling alone. One person in particular that was very helpful in my entire stay there was Alejandro. Because of his command of the English language and travel sensibilities , I was able to understand how to truly navigate and enjoy my visit in Cancun and visit other cities with ease. This is not a fancy hotel with a pool but a very clean and safe place that you can trust. Please ask for Alejandro when arriving if your Spanish language skills are limited or if you have any questions about Cancun or the Yucatan region.

Only wish that Alejandro was one of the receptionists so that if needed for advice, one could know when to ask those needed questions.

Location- 10 min walking distance to the ADO bus station, 5 min. to the Parque de las Palatas - many meal options in the evening, 3 min to the Chedraui supermarket, value for money, huge rooms, efficient A/C, accommodationg staff, I would stay here again

sometimes problems with water, both hot and cold, if reported to the reception, it is fixed in no time, but still a bit of a hassle

Tulum - buses to beaches, room was spacious, luminous, cleaned every day, A/C very strong, staff was very accommodating, I would stay here again

Hot water only occasionally - I was told I had to let it flow for some time (such a waste of water!), but it was not usually warm even after 10 min. , it would be nice to have a little fridge in the room

If you are looking to visit many places or do any adventures and want to keep it budget friendly, this is the place. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. Everything you may need was walking distance. Our room was kept cleaned every day, with fresh towels and all essentials. Parking is free and close. It felt safe. We did not experience any troubles.

Our room was clean. However, there was a strong odor of mildew, or something was left wet. There is hot water, but you have to adjust it every now and again. You'll learn how to adjust the first try. The sheets were very thin to my liking.

no hot water really, after letting it flow it was just luke warm, but never warm, I had a later check- out at 17:00 as my flight was very late at night and I was charged the whole room price, it would be nice to be charged only half of the price in the future

Great location for downtown Cancun. On a busy street so felt safe and 24hr reception. Room was spacious and clean. Would recommend if you want to explore downtown and walkable to the Ado bus station.

Internal bathroom with no ventilation, got very stuffy and pipes or something started smelling.

Great location walkable to many many things

The mattress was a little hard for me. Also, I was surprised that they told me I could not bring any alcoholic drink even a can of beer into my room.

Amazing location downtown. Staff was amazingly helpful and super friendly!

The noise from the bar is loud at night. But luckily the air conditioning machines are louder.

Only stayed for one night, but very friendly staff, comfortable bed, good WiFi and aircon. Good location near restaurants and bars
