A lovely little hotel with beautifully appointed rooms, huge comfortable bed and nice small pool area. The shower is large with good pressure and the hotel features a co working space, bar and restaurant, tattoo studio and pool lounge area. The included breakfast was at a place across the street and was excellent. Very near public transportation to the beach area.

My room was very well priced for the amazing quality, my only complaint would be that the window led directly to a storage area (but still seemed fairly private!) - The ATM has a 115 peso charge if you have to use it.

The location, near the harbor is great. The restaurant on the property has a good value for the money quality. If you don’t have a plan to do something, they arrange activities all day to do some nice things.

The rooms don’t have a fridge to cool your water. They are listing the accomodation with a ‘guest kitchen’, but there is no kitchen for the guests. And our room had 4 windows, but only 1 of them had curtains so the rooms where bright at night.

The neighborhood was excellent with many good restaurants and walking distance to the ADO station. Our deluxe room was large, well appointed and comfortable. We liked having the mini fridge, coffee maker and fresh water. The shower was really nice too. We enjoyed the bar onsite. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or the restaurant, but many people seemed to be enjoying them. The staff was super friendly. It was a great choice for downtown Cancun.

Nice big room with view on the pool and a big bed. Was clean and even though we arrived late and take away breakfast had te be order earlier then we arrived for day after, the nice lady maneged to fix a take away breakfast for us. Smal fridge in room to keep water cool. Good Airconditioning

No socket for charging phone at side of the bed. Was alle the way on the other side of the room. Staff at the hotel bar did not understand a word of English

We just needed something quick to stay after our long flight to Cancun. The place exceeded our medium expectations. Spacious room, simple but nice interior. A lot of amenities (such as a kitchen, working space - which worked very well for me as I had to prepare for a quick interview). The bed was super comfortable and the staff always smiling and happy to help. We also had food at breakfast, and we both were very happy, especially with their lattes! The location was nice, quiet and had some really nice eating places nearby.

The toilet was in need of ventilation, as it started smelling after both of us showered

My friends and I had a blast at Enigmatic Hostel! The vibrant and energetic atmosphere made it the perfect spot for our group. The common areas were lively and a great place to meet fellow travelers. The hostel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the action, making it easy for us to explore the city. While the accommodations were simple, they were comfortable enough for our budget-friendly trip. We loved the social events organized by the hostel, which added an extra fun element to our stay. If you're looking for an affordable and sociable place to crash with friends, Enigmatic Hostel is a great choice!

We loved everything!

Conveniently located close to the bus station, beautiful property, better than expected, we had a beautiful room in front of the pool. Lovely and helpful staff. There is a tattoo studio that adds to the vibe and a bar restaurant with excellent food and amazing staff! Would have booked again on our return if they weren’t already fully booked!

Everything was perfect

Overall it was fine, location is near the station, there are some cafes, shops and restaurants near. The pool and coworking place was nice.

It's a hostel not hotel. The queen size bed was super small for two people, there's nothing in the room except the bed. They didn't even had a hair dryer. The shared kitchen was bed equipped. I wouldn't say that hostel's staff would be super friendly either compared to other places we have stayed in Yucatan.

Location and size of the room

It was not clear when booking it was a hostel, which was fine as we only stayed one night however we were near communal areas which was very loud. If you’re looking for a hostel it’s great 10/10 but if not looking for a hostel and planning to stay a few nights I wouldn’t give 10/10

The room was very comfortable and the hotel is very trendy and nicely decorated. Everything feels fresh and clean. The hamocs near the pool area are lovely to hang out in.

The bar/,restaurant was temprarily closed during our whole stay, it looks really nice so this was a pity. However, breakfast across the street is absolutely amazing and a nearby taco place was the best we had diring our entire stay...
