Near ado bus station and collectivos stop. Easy to find. Big room and clean. Supermarket near by. Host very friendly. Wifi ok.
Noisy at night due to traffic on the streets. I woke up early during the morning. The windows were locked.

Only 4 minutes to ADO Bus Terminal, big clean and spacious Room with AC, little Fridge and Safe, small Backyard, free Water, only Spanish speaking, you may have trouble to find it, the guest house is Located in the street behind Moloch Hostel, it doesn’t really show the right location on google maps. I had a great Stay!

The guest house war perfect for our needs. It is just a two minutes walk from ADO bus stop - very easy to get around from there. We spent one night there before we went to the airport. The lady was so nice, rooms equipped with all we needed and very clean. The past part was the breakfast: Toast, cheese, ham, omelette, Pancakes, orange juice and coffee. Highly recommend it!

The wonderful woman working there was so kind and inviting. It is only two or three blocks from the ADO central bus terminal in Cancun. I only stayed one night on my way to my private accommodations but I will stay again when I return to Cancun .

Location, good value for money,nice personel
The adress on Google maps Is about 1km differently,Also the exact adress the Hotel gives you is wrong. It was very hard to find

The location is the biggest advantage of this accomodation, the ADO central bus station is 7 mins on foot and there are an Oxxo and 2 McDonalds (and other clothes stores) also in the nearby. The host is really friendly and helpful. The wifi access was quite good. Clean towels were provided.
The place is very loud in the night hours outside and inside as well, so make sure that you are bringing earplugs in order to be able to sleep. There were no toilet paper, soap and water pressure.
