Quiet safe hotel walkable to and from the bus station, close to market 23, restaurants, and groceries. Two pools one in the basement and one on the roof with views of the ocean and Cancun skyline. Check-in and check-out process was extremely easy (I did prepay using WhatsApp the day before the stay when they made it an option). We had the kitchenette room with a balcony and found it clean and air-conditioned. Great value.

Excellent value for money: comfortable, clean place to stay. the staff was helpful and the location quiet. Nice rooftop.

The equipment of the kitchen was a bit bare and the hotel is out of the way from most places of interest.

It was the best price performance hotel we stayed during our 1-month Mexico trip. Everything you could want from a hotel is available. The room is big and clean. The bathroom-toilet has been renovated. There is netflix on the TV. Even though we don't use it, the pool and jacuzzi are well-maintained and enjoyable. There is a common area where we can have breakfast in the morning. Also, the staff is extremely helpful. Collectivos to Puerto Juarez depart from the main street in front of the hotel.

wifi was great, employees were great and the room was ok with a view. close to the last station of r1 bus which goes to the hotel zone. Its a price/quality hotel

The staff was friendly the hotel was clean. The location was good very close to the bus terminal so it had great access to the city. Everything was wonderful. The WiFi was down for the stay as they were having a problem with their internet but honestly it was nice having the break from technology for a bit. All and all great hotel for a good value I was very happy.

it’s a really nice hotel. as in the pictures. the room was super big. very clean. the staff was super amazing and helpful. they order many taxied for us. we felt safe. tea and coffee are free every morning. the swimming pool is beautiful downstairs. the jacuzzi as well amazing. to be honest in Cancun it’s a great spot is between the hoteleria zone and centre of Cancun. I recommend especially for the staff ❤️

Very friendly receptionist. Great price and everything to be expected from a 4 star. Jacuzzi and rooftop are added bonuses. I like the decorations in the hallway and the white color scheme.

Location is not the best. It's a walk to the good restaurants and a little isolated. Picture does not match the one I expected, but that's because I opted for the twin instead of double in display. Live and learn.

would be nice an option of room with 2 equal beds as I was traveling with a friend and one of us took the big (comfiest) an the other one has took the other bed ( a tiny not so comfy bed)

Owner/night manager is an absolute beauty, super friendly and accommodating, even walked us to our room and showed us around the hotel. The rooftop gym and pool are very nice and kept spotlessly clean and the free tea, coffee and cookies provided was a great addition! This is by far the best value for money you’ll get in Cancun, will be staying here again!

Location could be a little better as it isn’t really in the city center, but it’s only a 15 or so minute walk away so as an able bodied person who loves to walk anyways, I really can’t complain based on the quality and service of the hotel

Staff is really good and helpful. Free breakfast is decent, but you get what you pay. Jacuzzi pool is quiet and good at roof top. My room had a safe (I think not all rooms do), AC was working perfectly but TV was not. I am not a TV guy so it did not affect me at all. Internet was stable and good for streaming.

I saw big roaches and small lizard at hotel. I think these huge roaches and lizards live in tropics and overall in Cancun, and some windows of hotel are open. I like lizards but hate roaches. All in all I think if there was central HVAC then these problems could be avoided (by closed windows). Elevator was not working at the time of my stay. Location is close to downtown but some locals said that this is not safe area. I felt safe as a male solo traveler but cases are different.
