The staff service and the facilities

It said breakfast included but you only get plain bread, coffee and a glass of juice from concentrate. That’s not breakfast. I feel it’s better to clarify that on the listing so people don’t get disappointed

Pretty, traditional 2 story Mexican hotel with pool. Reasonably priced local restaurants within walking distance. Helpful employees, and they speak English. I booked this hotel because the UltraMar ferry to Isla Mujeres is right next door. There is a currency exchange across the street from the ferry entrance. Arrange your transport from the airport prior to coming. It’s only a 1/2 hour drive but the airport prices are $120 US if you don’t get a deal before. You can also take a bus to the hotel.

The lovely Mercedes met us at the front desk with enthusiasm and kindness and great English! I am giving this hotel a high rating because I am a budget traveller..I am not expecting 5 stars...this title gem was great value for the money and we will return! A fab view of the ocean, a clean fresh pool, palm trees a huge deck..just great!

Very good location next to the ferry (to isla mujeres) clean pool, nice garden and cozy Mexican style apartment. We loved it. Climated rooms.

Staff not too friendly and helpful. And the biggest negative point is the breakfast! You can't call this as breakfast. You only can eat toasted bread for free with jam and butter what other people used already before you or before morning.... for everything else you have to pay by only cash. Also the apartment room had nothing " special" like water boiling, or a small fridge, some glasses..

This was a really good decision! Great value for money. Our room was huge - actually more like a large two bedroom apartment. We chose it because it is 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal. The place has the feel of a large treehouse and feels very authentic and Mexican. You only get some toast, juice and coffee with breakfast but it's extremely cheap if you want to add something - two really good tacos for 45. The pool was nice and had a vie of the ocean. Much nicer than the photos. There are a few good cheap eats within walking distance as well

I was woken really early by my 6 year old son but I don't feel that was their fault.

I absolutely loved the rustic feel of this little oasis. All the plants and greenery and wooden elements felt like we were in a treehouse in some way. The location on the water is beautiful, unfortunately we had bad weather and couldn't fully enjoy it. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was an apartment with a kitchen! That was an unexpected benefit. Tasty, fast breakfast service. Informative staff!

The shower never got hot, had to take cold showers. The couch in front of the TV was so tiny, very difficult for 2 people to get comfortable.

The property was such a refreshing experience after making the mistake of staying in the hotel zone the night before. Love the aesthetic, the studio was adorable, and was perfect to get some work done. Perfect spot to stay if you’re planning to go to Isla Mujeres next (which you should the ferry is right next door). Great taco stand close by (past ferry). Not far from Meco.

I sadly did not have luck with the WiFi, which was a huge reason I booked the night (I was able to use my data though). Was excited about the hammock but it appeared to need a desperate trip to the washing machine that said I still loved the property and considered booking another night but they were sold out.

This place is a little gem. My friend and I stayed one night before flying out of Cancún. It cost us less than 90 USD for the night for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a kitchen and sea view. That place ain't the Ritz, but it's a lovely little bohemian hotel. And - it's family run! Each room had a king-sized bed. There were two balconies. The place has international cable. Definitely worth checking out.

The door to the room seemed a bit rickety. I wouldn't be comfortable leaving much in the way of valuables in there long term. That said, I loved the property and the staff.

Very spacious apartment in a great location. Very safe place. Down to earth real life Cancun. Staff was very friendly and warm feel about the place. We loved there were so many places to walk to. Watching the ferries come and go was fun to see. Also we could walk right over and catch the ferry. This was a wonderful vacation and my husband and I really enjoyed staying here.loved Nila the dog she was so sweet.

Many things need fixed, but overall, it was a great deal in a beautiful spot.

I love the design and style of hotel and the rooms - Mexican native posada style . Nice oazis in the town . The pool- very clean . And you can swim in the lagoon. Rooms :clean and big . Beds and pillows very comfortable . In bedrooms A/C and ceiling fan . Big refrigerator and Gas stove was a big plus :) and if you need a pot or pan or extra cutlery just ask in reception. At night or day - no noise from bars or street, so we were sleeping at night calmly ! Very near is Ultramar boats that go to isla Mujeres. Car parking - great, next to hotel. In area you can find near local food shops. The Receptionist is very polite, helpful and just great person :) speaks English very good ! The hotel feels safe and nice. I was very happy about the hotel and money value also. My best recommendations! Mindaugas and Anna
