Beautiful new area of Tulum. The hotel had very cozy beds. The room was very nice. Friendly and helpful host. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Not to the fault of the hotel. But the whole area doesn't seem to have wifi. It was available in the hotel and surrounding restaurants. Just be prepared with some downloaded maps of the area... so you don't get lost multiple times like we did😉

Raquel was amazing - so helpful with recommendations and checked in often to see if we needed anything. The room itself was really spacious and bright - we had everything we needed for a two week stay. Really affordable option for what we got in terms of facilities.

Our room was quite close to a main road so it was quite loud in the mornings and during the day. The private pool we had wasn’t very well maintained. The location wasn’t ideal but that was a personal preference as there weren’t many eating places close by and therefore we should have done our research before booking as taxis are expensive in Tulum. A better area of choice may have been La Veleta.

The apartment was spacious, with its own terrace & mini pool and easy access to the rooftop pool. This meant getting sunrise & sunset views which we enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had good facilities and the shower was great. There were a few corner shops nearby. Braulio, the concierge, was very keen to ensure we had a great stay and helped with organising taxis and making useful recommendations.

We had a couple of issues with electricity/internet, which Braulio, the concierge, worked to resolve. He also offered us access to a different room for a night, and ultimately arranged partial refund for the inconvenience. When we asked if there was a facility for washing our clothes he was kind enough to arrange this at no cost in light of the issues. We wished there were more nearby business like bars, cafes and pubs as this was quite limited within a short walk of the apartment.

We loved our 5 night stay at NAJ Tulum! Our room was really beautiful and well designed, we were comfortable and had plenty of space. The location was great, we could walk to lots of lovely cafes and restaurants and the beach was just a short drive away. Braulio (our host) was amazing - so helpful, and gave us lots of local knowledge and recommendations.

Our room was at the back of the building and the traffic noise was really bad - my partner and I both sleep with ear plugs in anyway, but despite this it did wake us up a lot

We had an absolutely incredible stay at NAJ. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and heartfelt welcome that instantly made us feel at home. The host not only gave us a personal tour of the penthouse but also stayed in touch via WhatsApp with amazing local recommendations throughout our stay. We stayed in the penthouse with a private pool, and it was nothing short of stunning. The interior was beautifully decorated with love and care, using only local materials and craftsmanship – every detail was thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need: cutlery, plates, mugs, a cocktail shaker, toaster, stove, various pots and pans – you name it. It was perfect for preparing our own meals when we felt like staying in. One of the absolute highlights was the sunset view from the pool and the shower – a magical and unique experience that we’ll never forget. Location-wise, NAJ is perfectly situated. There’s a supermarket and a scooter rental just around the corner – a scooter is a must in Tulum to get around easily. Additionally, we had extremely comfortable bed and pillows and Fast and reliable Wi-Fi – ideal for remote work or planning your day trips We truly didn’t want to leave. NAJ felt like a little piece of paradise – peaceful, stylish, and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and luxurious Tulum experience!

new hotel, nice design, the staff was really helpful. The neighborhood is safe and within 10 min walk you can find cafes and restaurants. Also there is a oxxo 2' walk from the hotel.

Very nice and big apartment with all comfort and areally nice ameneties. Big and confortable bed, good AC unit, strong WiFi signal, great shower, kitchen with big fridge, etc. Modern bulding with nice arquitetural details. It's a great option if you want to be more independent.

The only thing I didn't like so much was the location, although I it was not a surprise and I knew it before hand. It is located in a new neighborhood that is still under development, so you still have a lot of construction sites, few shops, etc. But it will definitely be a trendy place in the near future.

Naj tulum is such a beautiful place to stay and everything is finished to a really high standard. Looks exactly how it does in the photos. The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay more enjoyable - nathalia and Marius gave us excellent recommendations of where to go for dinner and drinks and booked taxis for us when we needed. Nathalia also gave us even more recommendations for the rest of our Mexico trip after we left!

The only downside of the property is its location, as there are some properties being built close by currently so there can be building noise during the day if you’re relaxing on the balcony/by the pool. I would also suggest that you need a car/bike to get to tulum and the beach so that needs to be factored in.

Incredible stay here, as much as I had a great time in Tulum, the stay here in Naj was down to the excellent service of the staff - friendly, informative, and would help with any request at hand. The set up of the room was great, comfortable and clean, plenty of storage and as I'm considering coming back I'd happily stay here for more than a couple of weeks. Location wise, you're in the centre of the main strip of Tulum and the beach, so five / ten minutes either way you are where you want to be. The local area is continually developing right now so I imagine this will get better and better through time - noting that in the immediate vacinity of Naj all the main buildings are constructed. Great stay overall, clean, good ac, good WiFi, nice location, brilliant staff.

I don't think there was anything to dislike...

Braulio was the one who made our stay amazing and unforgettable! Top concierge and master of hospitality! One of the best hosts I ever met, he knew everything we needed and advised all the best places, locations around to visit. The room was nice, elegant, spacious and clean. Well furnished and a quite comfy bed to sleep as well. Overall its a best value for price with no doubt

Location is a bit complicated to reach, but it wasnt a big thing in comparison with all the rest we enjoyed
