The property is located right between Tulum Center and Tulum Beach - in both directions about 2 km. As we rented scooters for the whole trip it was perfect for us because we spent the days at the beach and the evenings in Tulum Center. The apartment was a bit smaller than expected but still beautiful and clean. The pool area and the whole complex got cleaned every day. There is a security who checks the armbands so nobody gets inside who’s not supposed to be there. There are two small restaurants and a convenient store inside the complex. There is a beach shuttle 2x/day. You need to reserve a spot early in the morning for the same day. The whole staff was super friendly and professional. I would definitely come back to Mistiq and highly recommend it!

The kitchenette was missing some stuff. We were 4 people and got only 3 forks and 3 glasses. Also as it is just an apartment and no hotel the room didn’t get cleaned at all and we didn’t got cleaning stuff to do it by ourselves.

Nice room, washer/drier, great pool. Has a kitchen, but just the essentials. We hired the ATV's to get around and this was fun and great. but the ATV's are in such bad condition and need a wheel alignment. This apartment is about half way between Tulum beach area and the town. Maybe closer to town. You can not walk there. The ATV's were great for this, but the beach area is more popular and has nice boutiques but you really can't access the beach unless you go to a restaurant.

The breakfast that is included is really not worth it at all. One croissant and a weird bread roll. If you want tea instead of coffee - forget it! The guy was so put out that I asked for tea and made me pay $3USD for tea when breakfast is included. This says a 3 bedroom apartment, but the 3rd bedroom is upstairs by the private plunge pool and I didn't feel safe having my kid sleep up there as the roof can be easily accessed. So my husband had to sleep up there. The pool guy can just climb on the roof to access the plunge pool and this felt a bit dodgy to me. I'm sure he's fine, but when you're travelling with kids you have to be able to sleep knowing they are safe!

Loved how spacious it was. It was perfect for a family of 4. Loved the landscape at this place. Definitely beautiful. The pool in the main area was very nice. It super close to the beach and all main attractions. Only thing is our private pool was cold, not clean and not very big as it looked in the photos. When I told front desk about the pool not cleaned.. they sent someone right aways to clean it. Kitchen cooking utensil could be upgraded. Restaurant and coffee shop are good and convenient.

There are no electric plugs in living spaces! there are only 3 in the entire one bedroom two are next to the bed used for lights and one right in the middle of the kitchen. I needed to work remotely and had to either stand on the kitchen island while the charging wire was hanging to the wall or lay in bed. Not having enough electric outlets is a huge oversight. No shelves in the shower Location is not accessible without Taxies / Shuttle. Drivers will use this against you, they want USD $100 for 15 min drive.

Room was large and very comfortable. The facilities are also great, the gym is amazing, the pool is nice too.

The location is not great, you can't move by foot anywhere. I really like to walk, but there is no sidewalk on the road, so it's dangerous. You need to move by car or rent a bike wherever you want to go, which kinda "locks you" in the facilities. You have some restaurants and a market, which are great, but keep in mind that you won't be able to walk anywhere from there. They don't replace towels, but you do have a washing machine, which is amazing and compensates for that.

I don't want to say anything negative about this property, but the noise of the cars off the main road when sitting by the pool area was not very relaxing -but it was still beautiful. Just a tip-they could put more individual sun loungers out...it was very limited to the size of the space. The walls to the next room very thin, I could hear the family and kids next door… they were very very loud.

I can’t believe the negative reviews. From the minute we arrived we were amazed at how beautiful it was. The two bed apartment was beautiful and spacious and had everything you needed including on suites in both rooms. Taxi facilities outside all the time and a short work to the closet 7 eleven and a short taxi ride to the local main areas.

The only negative was the showers, they were cold and after a few days it can get a little frustrating.

The apartment was as pictured. Very comfortable living environment. Balconies had good furniture with a great view. Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooftop pool was great. Gardens were Beautiful. On site restaurants were good. Mini mart was good too.

Kitchen was small and missing basic items like a wine bottle opener and something to dry dishes with. We left the wine bottle opener we bought for the next guest - you are welcome :). Would have been also good to have some washing powder. Only had two toilet rolls for 7 days 3 people. Roof top pool filter did not work or spa jets.

I liked the easy process of checking in. The staff at the reception was very friendly. The apartment complex looks very nice and has a lot of green space and pools. The room was spacious and I loved the patio area! Gave me a feeling like I lived in a house. The bed was comfortable. The location is very nice with easy access to Kukulcan Avenue and 8-10 mins drive from the Hotelera zone and beaches.

The room was not so clean as I wanted…There was some dust on furniture… but it was not so bad. Just noticeable. Also the room was not cleaned within my 5 days stay and they didnt change or offer fresh towels. But when I asked for fresh towels then I was provided fresh towels.
