If you don’t mind the distance to the beach, the hotel is almost perfect, loved the design and all the facilities. Huge swimming pool, hammocks and jacuzzis. The bed was super comfortable and enormous. Pleasant staff, they dont speak english though.

On the other hand, there’s no room service, nobody cleaned our room or changed the towels during our stay, its about 20-25min by bike to the beach, no lightning on the streets in the nearby and many agressive dogs walking unattended what makes it pretty scary to ride or walk after dark

there is unfortunately a lot of construction around at the moment which makes it less comfortable to chill outside; if the hotel would offer bikes to rent that would be a plus

The property was very beautiful and clean. The personal is friendly and welcoming. We had a room with a private pool, which I highly recommend. We also really enjoyed the whirlpools on the rooftop. Overall you have your privacy and no one bothers you. During our stay, we met Tony, who is a very friendly and dedicated manager. He gave us numerous local recommendations and guided us through our stay. He truely is the man for everything!

The location, as well as the streets are not ideal. There are construction sites right next to the studios (same as everywhere in Tulum) but they did not bother us much.

Very beautiful building, the facilities are exceptional, love the design. The place is quite and secluded. Sunrise on the rooftop is something else! Bed is super comfortable and the hammock is a very nice touch.

Very difficult to find stuff. When we arrived, it was not ready and then after the cleaning, I’m not sure they changed the bedsheets. The water in the region is full of minerals, so the shower head always get clogged, so needed to take it off for the better shower.

everything is perfect, the space, the atmosphere, the details, the feeling for just being there is so peaceful. I’ll recomendar this hotel 10/10 it was just what we were looking for! for the price its a bargain! its clean! all new! the most important thing was the VERY GOOD attention! they were always able to resolve any issues we had! they recommended us for thing to do in Tulum and everything we should need! they’re very gentle people, we could see that they’re expanding more the complex so we’ll be coming back soon to see what will be!

Maybe that the roads to get there aren't finished yet, the bed was not so comfy but its a good size bed

I was very happy with help I’ve received fromTony and Jorge as I had to change my room. Also the room was great, clean, very comfortable. the location has pros and cons as its in the middle of nowhere and if you want to just chill and work as I did that was perfect, but if you would like to just go and explore well or you come by car, get the bike in the town or you have to take taxi (price is quite ridiculous 😌).

The only thing which is not the best as that around the building are construction and yes it’s very noisy

Our stay at Seremonia was great, as the rooms were very clean and stylish, the garden is absolutely beautiful and the pool&jacuzzis are great! Very good facilities and staff. If you like traveling during the day and chilling in the pool in the evening, that is the perfect spot! Away from the crowds and noise, super peaceful and serene. But in general, I think wherever you go in Tulum at the moment you will be super annoyed by the noise and mess as the whole town is like a massive construction site! Thanks for hosting us and making our stay a bit more pleasant!

The only downside is that there is construction work going on next to the hotel so during the day we could not enjoy the pool or any other facilities and had to go somewhere else. If you are the type of person who prefers to stay at the hotel this is definitely not the place for you!

Very nice and comfortable aparment.

There is no reception desk service, so every issue you have to report by WhatsApp what can be a bit bothersome, especially after 5 p.m. whan staff finish their shift.

All new, cozy and beautifull, no people, one receptionist very nice, alltough others did not speak english at all.

Very bad road to get to the hotel, distance from everything, there is no drinkable water, so you always have to make sure you bring water to drink, for your coffee or to brush teeth. There is intensive constuction next door so all day very loud noice, but yet quite at night.

Depending Tulum overall, this place was in quite good nabourhood. With scooters easy to reach everywhere. Good and friendly guys in reception. Cozy rooftop.

Rooms were little dirty and also different rooms had different kitchen devices in the room. Also no ventilation.
