Very nice appartement! Lots of room and great outside area! Nicely done with the vegetation around the buildings!

Kitchen could be better stocked. Lots of the basics missing like towels, trash bags, kitchen paper or a few basics to cook like salt and pepper.

The one bedroom villa is stunning, the space is great and functional. The decor is done so well, so relaxing and minimal. The outside area is amazing and the pool is a nice size. Renting bikes is a great add on to the residences.

The lack of essentials, there wasn’t any soap to wash your hands with by most of the sinks. Nothing to wash up with, an empty kitchen, you have to go to the shop which is a 15 min drive/ taxi ride to buy all the essential items like salt,pepper, butter, coffee and water etc. Also the building work happening around the villa is disturbing. Absolutely need a car for the location taxi drivers charge random prices which are extortionate for 10 min drives but it’s the only way to get around as it’s not central.

Wow, the Atman Tulum Hotel is truly a dream! We were blown away by how beautiful the property is and how friendly the staff is. As soon as you walk in, the amazing energy surrounds you. The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful. You feel extra safe at this Hotel as well, at night the door is shut and the only way to enter is to knock on the door and the security guard opens it for you. 10/10. Yonatan, one of the butlers, was such an amazing worker and person! He helped us with everything with a massive smile on his face the entire time. If there is something you need, they are so quick to take care of it. The customer service was terrific. We CAN'T WAIT to be back at the Atman Tulum Hotel. Best experience ever!

The hotel is impressive, especially green and spacious. With separate entrances to the rooms, in our case - with a swimming pool and sunbeds on the roof. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom accessories are especially nice smelling, although the bathroom needs a bit of updating. The fridge worked and there were kitchen utensils - plates, cups, spoons and forks. A deposit of 3,000 pesos or a passport was required.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere. It cannot be reached either by bus or on foot. The center of Tulum - 3.5 km, the beach - 3 km. Around the hotel - jungle and separate buildings, the road is potholed, it is impossible to go out for a walk. There were only a few guests in the hotel, it was completely empty, so it was not fun and cozy, even though we were in the middle of February. The bar was not working, it seems that it has not been working for a very long time, there are no restaurants or shops around, so it is impossible to eat or buy anything. The hotel staff didn't even ask why we check out a whole day early, and the reason is elementary - no matter how charming the private pool and sunbeds on the terrace are, there is nothing to do there.

The staff were warm and welcoming. The facilities are incredible and only needed to be better cleaned/maintained. The private and public pools were even more wonderful than expected.

The living area was dirty when we arrived. Someone had cleaned around the living room area but not the rug or under the sofa, both of which surfaces were covered with food crumbs. The hard surface floors had a film with footprints everywhere. We missed wash cloths & dish towels in the kitchen. The walls were dirty and needed to be repainted, especially on the upstairs veranda, which was otherwise lovely. The closest grocery store was difficult to access because of the flooded roads and expensive taxis, so we recommend buying staples before you settle into the hotel. Also, research how to access public beaches.

The hotel is new, the environment is beautiful with a lot of tropical plants. All frontdesk stuff was very kind and helpfull, especially Marco and Rosalia. They did everything to make our stay comfortable including changing of apartment due to the neighbor noise and giving great tips about what is worth to visit. The cleaning stuff is doing a great job too. For this part of town is highly recomended to rent a car like we did, direct in Cacun airport, otherwise u will spend even more on taxis and both transfers there and back. The price of the hotel was very good.

There is one wood door between the studios/appartments units on the first floor where are bedrooms. The sound isolation is very bad. Hope this problem will be fixed soon.

We loved the pool, the layout of the apartment was very nice, and the location was very convenient.

We were disappointed with the lack simple things like maybe coffee and filters, some water, extra towels, and lastly we know it's hard running a business and appreciate what goes into it. For the future clients its all about the little extra details that make stays like this incredible. We are very grateful!

our stay was amazing! the staffs were very very helpful and our butler team Jose, Jonathan, Isaias John and a young lady (who’s name I can’t remember) were all helpful and willing to go an extra mile during our stay. I highly recommend staying at Atman hotel and definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Everything about this place was incredible! Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom apartment, our own private pool and rooftop, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. Also the location was ideal for exploring both the town centre and the beach area.

My friend and I were greeted by amazing staff - Marco showed us to the apartment and was extremely helpful with our luggage and any questions we had. The place is beautiful, the standards are very high, the gym and common areas are great. All in all, great quality for the discounts they're doing to make up for all the inconveniences :)

We did expect constriction - it didn't bother us that much as we were spending our days outside of the residence anyway. But if you're planning to relax at the pool during the day - don't go until they're finished. It's very noisy. You can tell the place is still missing last touches and details - the kitchen was fully equipped with cooking items with there was no detergent, no sponge, no cloths, just small things but if you're planning a longer stay they might be a bit inconvenient :)
