Beautiful design and quiet property in the heart of Tulum! The property was very clean, kind and attentive staff- Alain- the Manager and his staff were very welcoming, they gave us suggestions on places to eat and visit. Alain, checked a few days prior our visit with us to ask if we needed anything. They made sure we felt very comfortable in their property. The room was neat, appropriate a/c temperature, water. comfortable bed, unique design. They even added another small bed for our little girl in the room. Thank you Alain!!

The small road to the hotel, lots of bumps- drive carefully. It is a developing zone- constructions all around the hotel.

The staff were friendly and carried the luggage to our room since there is no lift. The room was clearly very modern and was beautifully decorated in a Moroccan style. We enjoyed a bath in the middle of our room overlooking a bit of greenery. The bed was very comfortable and had some good blackout blinds.

The location isn’t the most ideal sitting at the other end from Tulum’s centre. It was confusing to get to the hotel due to the unbuilt gravel roads leading up to it. There were construction noises that woke us up in the morning due to all the new buildings being constructed.

Very relaxing, quiet, peaceful and staffing were amazing!! I was amazed on how the structure gives you a Morocco vibe definitely will be returning! great hospitality and assurance!

the only thing is getting to the place, yes it’s in the jungle area so the roads have a lot of pot holes getting to the place. it is breathtaking once you go in!!

Beautiful building, staff is very kind, clean and good food

Just a few feedbacks to make it perfect: drinking water in the room was missing.The safe is actually movable and not locked somewhere in the room. Explain the breakfast menu before serving it.

It was like living in paradise.

Location wasn’t the calmest one because of the constructions around, but we knew it before. So no problem.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! From the moment we arrived to the hotel the manager Mohammed welcomed us being very nice and, the bartender Naoel with his delicious drinks and smile, the chef Jonathan and his assistant Marisol made us a delicious personalize food, his food is extrahordinary, the chef approach to talk to us. Everyone at this hotel are fantastic!!!! The hotel is so beautiful and unique, extremely clean, I have nothing than possitive things to say about this hotel. The best staying we could get. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Pictures don’t show how really beautiful this hotel is. And the attention is impeccable.

The design of this place was amazing. It’s a very tranquil and relaxing environment. Layout of the room was great. My girlfriend loved the tub. The staff was always very helpful and responsive. We didn’t get a chance to eat dinner there for New Year’s Eve but it smelled amazing. WiFi worked fine. Strong AC. Water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. Front desk was always helpful with getting taxis for us. Bikes were readily available.

The only downside was the location which actually wouldn’t be bad if the roads were paved. It’s only a 2-3 miles from the main road in town but the roads are really bad so the taxis seem to charge a bit more.

The property is very gorgeous and exotic. They had beer for purchase and the pools were so nice. I enjoyed the jet tubs they have in front of my room. The breakfast was good. And staff was excellent!

I didn’t like that the GPS does not take you directly to this property. And I got lost in literally the jungle trying to find this place. Also the roads are not paved so be prepared to drive cautiously as there are huge pot holes on this dirt road. It is not kept as all. But once you are able to locate the place, it is a fresh breath of air.

It is just an oasis: getting from the street sun on the hotel's territory you feel pleasant coolness and wood flavors. The hotel is made in Moroccan style with an abundance of pools and flowing water, the rooms are comfortable with high ceilings, interesting decor and great beds. Very nice and welcoming staff. The chief is preparing wonderful dinners, and the bartender is excellent cocktails. Manager Mohammed welcomed us and was able to organize bicycles with delivery to the hotel. Very nice experience. We strongly recommend.
