From the music, to the staff, to the atmosphere of the decor and the cleanliness. I can't pinpoint what I liked best about this hotel. The rooftop was beautiful and great during the sunset with the DJ playing. And I lived that there was a bar on the rooftop, too. Not just with alcoholic drinks, but also with natural juices. The bed was very comfortable and the complimentary bottle of Mezcal was the perfect touch. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with a calming sense to it, a lot of natural lighting and very very clean. There is complimentary parking right outside the hotel, which is a huge plus when renting a car. I will absolutely be back, I really really enjoyed this place!

There's nothing I didn't like.

Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and well designed. The staff was polite and always ready to help. We needed an additional invoice for extra stay due to the cancelled flight. The hotel reacted immediately and issued everything we needed. We communicated even via Whatsapp without any problem.

We stayed at a room directly under the roof and there was a techno party one night on the roof top. We had no chance to sleep that night. On the other hand, we knew the hotel throws parties. So there was nothing to complain about. Just be aware that if there is a party on the roof, do not plan an early get up next day :)

Amazing rooms, clean and stylish. Despite some mixups in the room I had booked, they made sure to compensate so that I was happy with the outcome.

I read the other reviews about the loud music on weekends, including Sundays, but did not expect it to be as loud as it was, no earplugs could cancel it out, the whole bed was shaking. But it stops at 11pm. If you are out partying anyway then all good! But if you want an early nights sleep then Friday-Sunday is not for you.

The pool, rooms, lobby and entire hotel were exceptional. It was so beautiful and everything was clean. The staff were helpful and accommodating. My only complaint would be the location, as they were doing construction in the roads working 1-2 km around the hotel. This meant that it is almost impossible to find a route to the hotel and you needed to cab or drive to get anywhere from there.

Beautiful place, very tasty food and drinks! And the most important- amazing people who work there! They made our stay comfortable and we always felt welcome there. Thank you very much!

I don’t know why there is no door in the toilet. As I understood in every room the same. That’s not comfortable. Especially weird that there is no proper windows in the bathroom. It looks beautiful but not practical at all. Because of the “windows” and no door in the room is very loud. You can here everything what’s going on in the corridor and sometimes in other rooms. And mosquitos… I think if to change this in the hotel, it would be 100% perfect place.

The hotel is nice and cozy. It's located in the new area of Tulum, which is under development right now, so there is not much to do/see, but you can easily get to the center. The hotel offers breakfast included in the rate with several options to select, like an omelet, pancakes, or granola with yogurt, coffee or juice. There is a nice rooftop with a bar and jungle view and also the spa room for massage. The staff is very nice too. It was quite during my stay there, so I could get a good sleep.

I was surprised that the bathroom doesn't have a door, so you will not have any privacy doing your things. The shower has glass walls, so you can see everything.

We had some problems during our stay , but the staff was very helpful and friendly so they found a solution for us.

The bathroom windows are see through ( as they are made of wooden pieces and there is space between each of them) so whoever wants to pass by the corridor can take a look on you meanwhile showering. As well the property is selling rooms for ‘3 adults ‘ with 2 beds , which according to them is with 2 ‘extra large beds’ but it’s 2 normal size beds, that are definitely not able to sleep 3 adults next to each other.

Incredibly beautiful boutique hotel! Amazing decor with all amenities we wished for! Loved the rooftop, our beautiful room, convenient restaurant in a hotel with delicious food, super friendly stuff (we absolutely loved Berni and Ronel). Thank you guys!!

Once the access road will be fixed, as it’s a new development, this place is above and beyond!!

Beautiful Pool and restaurant areas. Our room led directly to the pool, unfortunately it was a bit too chilly to use. The outside Terrance had ample comfortable seating and was beautiful.

Room was noisy in the morning as people rolled their luggage over the slotted wood floors past our room starting in the wee hours of the morning. No place for luggage in room

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Rooms are so beautiful and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to help us. They recommended and booked us a great New Years party, gave us free water when we forgot to buy some, ordered us pizza from the best pizza place in town and just in general were so welcoming. Def stay when you’re in Tulum!
