It was a quite good deal in otherwise expensive Tulum

The attitude of stuff is really bad. First of all there's no front desk or anything. After one hour of calling and texting to all available numbers to check-in I went to a grocery store in the same building and just by total coincidence I figured out that one of the ladies working there is also responsible for check-in as well as cleaning. Really unfriendly, no English. As much as the whole building is new, the mattress felt like from 50's communist era. Super uncomfortable. Quite AC though.

It was great and suitable for my needs. It could do with a small fridge, microwave and Coffee machine but the store right beneath you sells most of the stuff you need. Great location. It was a bit noisy closer to the end with the construction happening in the back but that's Tulum for you and it will happen everywhere.

Before you come it's good to know that reception is in the supermarket next to the hotel. Room had problem with higher humidity, therefore even If we had window open all the time the room smelled bad and our clothes what we washed didn't dry out even after 3 days. Bathroom could be cleaner too but room has everything what you need. They are renting bikes but didn't find a key from the lock because probably noone use them for months so maybe in the future they will make bikes rentable again. :)

Quiet hotel 20 minutes walk from the center. Bike rental is very much appreciated. The absence of a window in the bedroom makes the bedroom dark. Perfect for a short stay in tulum
