Lovely hotel with a great room. Extremely comfortable bed. Roof top it lovely. Location was great, close to lots of good bars and restaurants.

The pool was quite dirty, lots of hair.

Namas Tulum exceeded our expectations- it was so beautifully clean and stylish . Gorgeous pool in our secluded garden & we loved the roof top pool which was warm and quiet and delightful to swim under the stars . The linen on the beds is super soft and excellent quality . The kitchen was very well equipped. The receptionist was so warm and friendly and helped us with taxis and outings . The neighbourhood is vibrant, lots of cool bars , coffee shops and restaurants- we loved Lorenza’s - best margaritas and burritos in La Valeta . The hotel even got us free tickets to visit Atik Cenotes as we stayed for over 5 nights . It’s pure magic !

Taxis are very very expensive!!! Rental cars are impossible to find in Tulum . Beach area is so expensive- $ 75 US to lie on a sun bed and that is on top of having to buy food and drink - it’s better to eat there and use your towel to lie on the beach .

We had a perfect stay in Namas - the apartment was stunning and had all amenities you might need. The roof pool was also lovely and the location was great. There are quite a few bars and restaurants nearby. We hired a car to be able to do day trips and also you need transport to go to the beach but you can easily rent bikes/mopeds etc.,and there's free parking outside the property. One thing to mention is cleaning is only included if you stay 5+ nights so we had a clean once but we knew that from the beginning so no surprises there. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area - amazing value!

Incredible stay for our Honeymoon. Ana at the front desk made us feel very welcome and looked after. We had a room with a private pool in the back - the space was exceptional - all of it was in fact. So many great restaurants a short walk away. We couldn’t sit down at them all in 7 days, but we tried. We felt safe there. There’s a security guard(s) at the entrance as soon as the sun goes down. The beach is too far to walk, but the same goes for any place that is outside the beach zone. We rented an ATV for the days we wanted to go to the ocean. We would do it all the same if we went back to Tulum a second time.

We loved the aesthetic of this place. It’s well designed for comfort, storage etc. Would be excellent for longer stays. The plunge pool was great for short dips when feeling hot. We stayed in off season so the place was quite empty which let us feel a lot of privacy and we could take advantage of the pool and facilities. The location is also in short walk to the local restaurants which was great if you don’t want to stay in the hotel zone

It is more like private apartment with concierge than hotel. There’s no cleaning provided as well as you only get one set of towels

Property is absolutely gorgeous, private pool was lovely, terrace was excellent. Super duper stylish and comfortable- everything you might need is in the kitchen, good quality Zara soft furnishings and diningware. Staff was awesome, we were greeted by every single team member of the property. Ana the manager, in particular, was truly a professional. Pool was cleaned twice in 4 days, very nice!

Location isn't amazing, but would be better with a car. Water was out for almost 36hrs. Whilst the staff was awesome about it, it wasn't ideal for a 5 day stay. Wi-Fi was basically unusable. Which also rendered the SmartTVs useless to watch anything on.

Own plunge pool, rooftop pool which we had to ourselves almost the whole time, comfortable and well equipped apartment, excellent service/ assistance, easy walking distance to bars/ restaurants in La Veleta area. Massages on site. Lovely and calming environment.

Water pressure was alittle intermittent and would have loved some more of the coffee pods included :) Not so close to the beach, as expected, but offered so much instead and amazing value. Highly recommend overall.

We wish we could have stayed longer! This hotel exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with infused water and a refreshing face towel, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and warm. The hotel is beautifully designed and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, with a private pool that was a wonderful bonus. The bed was perfect, and we had a peaceful, quiet night (once the local musicians finished playing)—a rare find in Tulum. The only downside was the water pressure, which made the bath more decorative than functional, as it would take hours to fill. However, the modern, well-equipped kitchen was a highlight, and we’d definitely have used it daily if we’d stayed longer. The first thing we said upon entering was, "Should we live here for a while?" That says it all!

Absolutely loved my stay at Nāmas Tulum! The building and the room and all the facilities are exactly as portrayed on the pictures! Everything felt super high-grade and the staff was super friendly too! Very quiet area and very comfortable beds so you can sleep just fine. If you have a bike, scooter or a car, it’s easy to get around. They also offered to help with arranging transport in case you need some. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!

I’m very big on looking at reviews before staying at a Airbnb/hotel or resort. I must say that Namas was one of the absolute Best places I’ve stayed while traveling. The way the pictures look online are exactly what you’ll see in person. This property is gorgeous, everything is stunning including the pool☺️. It’s literally brand new and well kept, from cleanliness to decor I have to rate this place 10/10. Namas was soo peaceful, we will definitely return to stay again. I can’t forge about the awesome hospitality we received from staff, the receptionist was soo sweet & went above & beyond to help with all of our needs. If you’re ever in Tulum, choose Namas you will not be disappointed!
