Location is great and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The fact that you can just walk to the cenotes makes this place special. The little shops were helpful as well.

We left for dinner around 7 and came back at 9.30 or so by car. The gates were closed and we asked the guard to open it for us. He was the rudest person I have met in a long time. We just asked him if we could get in and he told us we were warned about not driving op the wrong side and he did not want to open the gate at all for us. This is no way to treat your customers. We were in a strange place in the dark and all we did was going out for dinner. unacceptable behavior.

Property has a perfect location inside the park with the Cenotes. You have access to all. Small block of rooms at the entrance is available.

Night attendant at the gate is very rude and should be given another job. We came back from dinner at 9.30 or 10 and he was less than willing to open the gate. He told us we knew better . Since we had checked in that day I hac no idea what he was talking about.

We loved being so close to the Cenotes and to Tulum without actually staying in town. Our kids loved swimming in the Cenotes & the pool & seeing the jungle/forest. They saw lots of iguanas and we even saw monkeys one evening in the trees and the kids were so excited. It was a beautiful place and we had an amazing experience.

Wish there was more than one restaurant in the place & they need to spray for insects. We had quite a few spiders and even killed a scorpion one night, I am used to the insects but it kinda freaked my wife out. She is from Sonora in the desert and the spiders and bugs are not like they are in the jungle’s. She just wasn’t used to it. I loved it, lol She is more of a city girl.

The hotel was nice enough, with spacious rooms. It is pretty far off from everything else, but this was advertised, so no surprise there.

The main reason we chose this hotel were the cenotes that were included in the price. When we got there it became clear that this was a turist trap. The place was extremely crowded. We started the tour, and after seeing their "underground" cenotes we decided to leave (not really underground). I would recommend this hotel for the hotel itself, if you don't mind that it's a little far off. But I would definitely not recommend their cenotes, too many people.

Our accommodation was a 2 bed apartment in a beautiful location right next to 4 cenotes (5 min walk away). Rooms are huge, each one was an ensuite with ample space for storage. Lovely pool and hammocks. The cenotes are included as part of your stay. You can go with a tour group and they take you to all 4 cenotes. If you want to go on your own, you can but you can only go to the 2 open cenotes, and they charge you to use life jackets. If you go with the tour, life jackets are included. My advice, go with the tour and then veer off. If you walk out to the main road, you can catch a shuttle bus into the centre of Tulum or to see the Mayan ruins for 25 pesos per person.

Hair dryer and iron does not come as standard. I had to ask for this at front desk. Also messaged and asked if they supply pool towels which they said yes. There was none in the rooms Utensils could have been better. No kettle and no bowls. Not a problem as no work was being done during our stay but the location is being renovated. 2 buildings next to ours have ongoing works.

The best thing was getting the access to the cenotes and Buuts'-Ha club with the room. The room was more expensive than many other places we stayed in Mexico, but when you include the cenote access, it seemed well worth it. There were actually 5 cenotes we could visit on the property, and we made a fun day of it. The room (Loft #1) had a large bed, nice kitchenette (cooktop, fridge, and sink), and a patio. We went to a grocery in Tulum and made ourselves a nice breakfast.

There were laundry facilities right next to our room, but they were not available for guest use. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.

This was for an extra night after we finished staying nearby with a larger group. It was nice and relaxing, especially with access to the cenotes. The facility is new and spotless, even with some plumbing issues.

The water stopped flowing in the morning, there was some plumbing issue. Hot water would run out quickly when there was water. The shower head was broken and would spray water in a bad direction.

Everyone was super friendly and we had a great time at the cenotes. We arrived late and were greeted by a number of cute doggos. We found out that the owner rescues dogs so if you want to support the cause this is a great place. The dinner at the cenote cave was amazing and we had a great time!

Our bathroom was pretty dirty. Especially the toilet. We didn’t let that ruin our trip but despite numerous times of them going to clean our room there was still 💩 smudged on the toilet. Everything was pretty far but we were able to take the colectivo for $25 pesos each way to get into Tulum. I would try to stay away from traveling at night and also buy food to have dinner in your room if possible. We booked a dinner at the Cenote Cave (can’t remember the name) at 8pm and when we got out there were no taxis in sight. One of the guards ended up graciously walking us back to our room. In hindsight I would have rented a 🚗 or had dinner much earlier. I will say the food was fantastic and the restaurant is pretty cool!

Loved the attention to detail. The park entrance and tour included. The little kitchenette was great. The air conditioning and giant fan really cooled you off. The stack was very attentive and helpful. Felt like a little efficient apartment. Great price for everything that you got.

Wish we would have booked more days.
