Nice location, nice room, nice staff

Pool little cold, cenote could be cleaner, bit overpriced, less pressure in the shower, less storage space for clothes

The hotel and cenote club were phenomenal! The rooms were so well thought out. Each room has a private plunge pool and rainwater shower. The circle doorways make it feel especially bougie. The DJ at the Cenote Club spins EDM from 11-11 and the environment is very chill with a side of EDM. If you are looking for a jungle getaway that makes for perfect Instagram posts, I highly recommend BHHotel.

The location is ok. It is a spendy cab ride from downtown Tulum and even more so from Playa del Carmen. I suppose that goes with the territory, taxis all over Quintana Roo are very expensive. If you're looking to save some money, you can ride the Ado bus from Cancun toTulum, then catch a cab out to Buuts' Ha'.

Overall clean and beautiful space to stay and chill with private cenote. The staffs were friendly and the rooms are beautiful. The private pool is a great plus amenity

I had an issue with getting a taxi on my way back to the airport. The main staff was in contact with the taxis in the area and they were charging the double the price of whats expected to be paid. Im sure they were seeing me as a foreigner and wanted take advantage. It was a very unpleasant way to end our vacation. Stay alert with the prices, and make sure you have a back up plan or else they will force you to pay. Very disappointed on how they managed the situation

Great room, we especially liked the shower. The Alexa speaker was a nice addition to the room, allowing us to play some music. A beautiful breakfast setting in a Cenote. We appreciated the free Cenote tour that is offered to the hotel guests.

The receptionist that checked us in did barely speak English which made it quite difficult to communicate for the most basic stuff. Breakfast had a few options, by default all of them with eggs.

This is something else! We loved our stay and it will last in our memory forever. Lino did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The design and ambience of the hotel was great. Breakfast is included and served next to one of the Cenotes. It was magical to have breakfast surrounded by nature. Casa de Tortuga is around the corner and is absolutely worth a visit.

We liked everything. If we have to name one thing, it would have been nice to have a table and chair in the room. Bit not a big thing.

Language barrier made it difficult to order non pork options, even with translation. Breakfast was included and was not memorable but it was paid for so I ate it. Same breakfast everyday

It's in the jungle so WiFi is not the best, and AC did not work well in suites, also the sand was getting into the room and bed but we used towels to make the best of it

Beautiful location and we had free entrance to cenotes park. It’s amazing! Design of rooms is beautiful.

We got a room with dirty bad and shower robs with male fluids…Disgusting! They changed the room later but it took some time. There is a beach club in a hotel and the music is always loud. No Wi Fi in rooms.

The property is gorgeous, slightly off the beaten path. Totally laid back. Eco conscious. Sweet touches like the coffee service at the door in the morning. Private plunge pool was superb.

It's an adult only facility so I was expecting the other guests to be less loud/inconsiderate. So we were disappointed in the neighbors but that has nothing to do with the property.
