All , very nice time spent there , amazing house with nice design, really worth of price, pool also cool but a bit stinks . Available all you need , kitchen nice , all new , coffee tea water available!

House Zapote AC not functioning properly is too small for house size or there is different problem not sure , during the night we had 27^ temperature , that was a bit hard to sleep, , be aware of road works and condition is so so bad unfortunately

The staff was absolutely wonderful, and the grounds were beautiful- and most importantly - handcrafted in the local style. All around the location are hundreds of colossal, ultra-modern condo construction sites, obviously being funded by big investment groups that will soon dominate the area - much as it did Tulum Beach. Na House has a rootsy charm while still being comfortable and feels like an extension of the local environment rather than something built for Instagram influencers

Unfortunately - Tulum is in the process of being wholly gentrified. Tulum Beach has already been turned into a high-end luxury strip by and for wealthy foreigners. Tulum Town (the area near Na House) still retains a lot of its local charm, and business run by locals - but those days may be numbered. Massive short and long-term condos are swallowing up the entire area around Na House, and while the construction jobs are good for the locals, none of them will be able to afford to live in these places on the wages they were paid to build them.

Absolutely beautiful property and great accommodations. The house was perfect; it has just enough to be comfortable and it’s pared down, aesthetically and utensil-wise, which I personally prefer over a gimmicky place. Garden is stunning and pool is beautiful. Staff is excellent, though they only speak spanish, so if you don’t, I recommend downloading google translate app or better yet, learning a few basics of spanish. They are very attentive and kind.

The septic system could get a little stinky in the bathroom, but that’s an issue with the lack of infrastructure in Tulum and not on Na House. We rented their bikes which was great, but it was a little expensive and would have appreciated a lower rate. Lastly, the road is rough.

The house was fine, and attractive, with all ameneties. The only week issue was that it was not possible to be outside in the beautiful green surroundings because of the abundance of mosquitoes.

The site is situated in an area that has not a paved road to the property- It's more relevant coming by car, and it's a bit outskirtish.

The peace, beauty and cleanliness - it’s in the middle of a jungle and it’s beautiful and peaceful.

The location is sketchy and secluded, which makes it scary for a solo traveller to travel in the night, no security.

What a beautiful oasis. It was calm, quiet and peaceful. The lodge manager, Pia and caretaker, Pascal, took great care of us from arrival to departure. Their hospitality alone made it difficult to leave. It was great that the lodge only had 4 houses, meaning it was quiet and serene. Our lodge was clean with a simple natural aesthetic. The lofted bedroom provided much comfort. The natural pool was the star of the experience! It was perfect for a quick dip or just to float in. I highly recommend Nahouse Jungle Lodge for a calm, private and romantic escape.

It's a bit far away from restaurants and shops. The closest is about 10-12 minutes walk. Would recommend getting bikes or rental car/scooter to get around. Some streets and pathways aren't complete so had to carry a flashlight to see at night.

We had some insects in the room, incl 2 x a scorpion. But that's no big deal when you stay in a place more into the nature.

Everything!! It is aesthetically inspiring, very comfortable, interesting, peaceful & soothing, plus very well thought out, private, as well as environmentally conscious & responsible. To top that all off, the small Staff is incredibly gracious & hardworking!!

Nothing, every thing was perfect, especially for the price. (maybe the road to access, but it is not their bad)
