The pools and the jungle like feeling of the entrance.

Consierg wasn't available when needed him, the shampoo and body wash bottles were empty and could not get the refill or exchange even when left voice mail and texted the concierge. The cleaning crew said they didn't have the products to exchange or refill. The service at the restaurant was very slow, not many customers and still took a long time to get the food delivered.

Half way between the center and the beach of tulum. Have god a nice gym and a nice rooftop with swimming pool and a restaurant.

If your staying is long then few days you don’t have any accessories to clean up the room.

New condo and building with lots of facilities, including pools, gym, restaurant, concierge, garage. Nice apartment, spacious, comfortable beds. We got an apartment with parking included, but it is easy to park on the street.

The kitchen is small for the size of the apartment... Barely no coutertop space - there is not even room for a dish rack (to dry dishes, as there is no dishwasher, even though there is a designated space for it). In a beach apartment, in my opinion, a washing machine is very necessary and they do not have it, even though the instalation and space for it is there... Lastly, even though the location is in the middle of the forest, so the views are fantastic, getting to town, restaurants, beach and other attractions required a car (which we had) or a taxi. Not walking distance to anything.

Beautiful, modern apartment in a quiet and green location. The apartment fully met my expectations, I felt at home there. Beautiful decor, clean and well-kept.

Unfortunately, there were inconveniences such as a non-functioning elevator and treadmills in the gym. I recommend working on the organization, because the check-in process and issues during my stay were quite difficult, because there is no one at the reception except security guards.

This was a very beautiful and quiet property! The units were large and spacious and the design of the place is just amazing. The restaurant has good food and the front desk staff was very helpful! Close to the beach! Transportation on site!

This is more of an Airbnb property not an hotel so there’s US no around the clock housekeeping etc. Pack items that you would need like extra towels etc but our stay here was lovely as we were prepared.

The space was comfortable, and it was nice to have so many pools to access... we generally had a pool to ourselves. The view was nice and I love love love all the gardens.

We didn't get the email with our info for check-in until the day of check-in, so I had to log into their network to find my apt. number. I have a few emails regarding the booking already, it would have been nice to have the info needed to receive the keys immediately. There was only 1 small garbage bin in the whole 2 bedroom condo, The owner was supposed to drop 1 kitchen garbage bin off the next day... we stayed 4 nights and ended up just throwing the garbage loose under the sink. They said they didn't have enough bins, but surely they could have bought 1 in the 5 days we were there.

Everything. Not too busy, the room itself was beautiful, incredible value for money. Walk out right onto a pool, which feels private during some hours of the day. The complex feels brand new and luxurious. Great gym as well. Had a pretty terrible situation at my stay the night before and coming to this felt like an incredibly great turn of events

The toilet clogged and there was some light noise from construction, but not as bad as in Aldea Zama and also not a huge deal

we've been in love with that place, the design and architecture. It is modern and stunning. So much greens, we felt like in juggles in good way . The view from the roof is amazing !

The location is not far away from the center or the beach (10 minutes by car) but there are not any pathways for the walks. The roads around the property are horrible as there new construction sites.

Beautiful building and pools. Well equipped room. New and clean. Friendly staff. Rooftop (view). Surrounded by nature but close to supermarket.

No cleaning service or fresh towels. When we needed something (toilet paper), the staff said we had to reach out to the concierge via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the concierge didn't answer on requests via WhatsApp so it took a lot of asking and time to get toilet paper... We feel like this could be more efficient.
