It was quiet through out the day until outdoor activities brought different people together which made it a cool experience.

It might be just my timing but some days were dull besides that the bars close pretty early which made me sad.

Food was excellent and staff were friendly and accomodating. The app was also excellent - made it easy to navigate facilities and make orders without needing to call reception.

Food service at night wasn't great. Had to wait almost 2 hours for room service some nights, and the 'secret' drop-off door for food to be delivered in wasn't used as we expected - we would often get knocks on the door and staff entering the room to deliver food that we asked to be delivered in the drop-off door.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with wonderful restaurants, beautiful amenities including the gym and pools everywhere. The rooms are modern, spacious with Tulum design. Exceptional service and incredible beach club experience. The beach club is very trendy the staff is very helpful! I wish we could have stayed longer. Nice activities during the day such as yoga and aqua aerobics.

It would have been nice for the beach shuttle bus to have a schedule like every 15 mins starting at 9am so you could predict it and go to the lobby. I guess the traffic makes it difficult. Also there was no nighttime entertainment or very little show time. It would be nice to add live band to the lobby bar or singers.

The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The pool by the sky bar was great. Most of the food was pretty good. Check-in was very easy.

No beach directly on the property, but shuttle every 30 minutes to the beach club which was beautiful. Mosquitoes after a certain hour but they give you bug spray.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Secrets Tulum! The hotel offers an incredible variety of restaurants and pools. The beach shuttle service was seamless, making trips to the shore effortless. The staff was truly outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always eager to help. Our room was impeccably clean and maintained to perfection every single day. A special thank you to: - La Taqueria – Marlene and her amazing team provided exceptional service, delicious food, and, of course, fantastic tequila! - Jasmine Restaurant – We dined here frequently for both breakfast and dinner, and every experience was outstanding. The entire team deserves praise! - Rendezvous Bar – The staff was always so kind and attentive, making sure we had the coldest beers—such a thoughtful touch! - Wilbert at the front of the hotel – His assistance with our diving equipment and luggage was invaluable. Everything was great.

I have no words to describe my stay at the secret tulum resort. Everything is the best, from the staff who i would like to thank you for make my exeptional stay to the beach, the food and the facilities. Also the activity are the best, we really enjoyed the bike tour, the salsa lessons, the water activity like acquagym and hydrobike. The beach is the little gem of the resort, the nice shuttle will kept you at directly without any worries. the room was also amazing, the furniture is very luxury we stayed at one of the shared pool swim suite and we recommend this solution. The restaurant that we prefered most was Jasmine, the asian one, sushi and pad thai were delicious, also the girl at the reception was so kindly with us. We liked also the restaurant in the mayan jungle and both of the food solution at the beach, calzone with salami and pina colada were the best of my life! a special thanks also to Fernando and Gerardo who shared with us the daily activities of the resort with us. I would like to say thank you to everyone of the staff, your work was amazing. Grazie

Service and entertainment team were absolutely fantastic. Shout outs to Fernando, Luna, Samara specifically for being attentive and just being amazing people. We had a couple of issues during our stay which were very quickly resolved by Fernando which we really appreciated.

The complex can be quite confusing to find places easily. Although there is an app available, it would be better if customers were guided by the person who has checked them in (including preferred members). Food options were good, but nothing to write home about. It’s also a shame that preferred members could only get their drinks from one indoor bar that was not convenient to get to when you’re next to the pool.

The staff were fantastic. Gerardo our concierge went above expectations. He sent us daily updates and checked on our accomodations routinely. The food was wonderful. The buffet was impressive. The room was clean and comfortable. We never had to ask for the mini bar to be filled. Our needs were anticipated. Thank you..bravo!

The resort is in the jungle, so there are no grounds outside that would make you feel like going for a walk was a good idea. The beach was great but, you need a ride there and back. Once at the beach the great service continues though.

The staff are the defining factor that made our holiday at Secrets special. The hotel is well presented and offers a premium experience for the most part, but probably lacks some of the finishing touches in areas. The staff made our trip special though - Jonny at the beach club kept things fun with volleyball and bracelet making and all the waiters were attentive and a delight to be around. The preferred club area (The Grotto) was lush!

Some of the food wasn’t up to par for what we’d expected. Although breakfasts were great and the majority of lunch and dinners too, we found some of the food at Olio to be lacking taste and creativity. The limited inclusive wine options of 2 reds and 2 whites could be improved too.
