The hotel was great. It felt like a resort from how beautiful it was. There were at least two pools. The pools could have used some maintenance and cleaning. The inside of some of ths corridors looked beautiful esthetically, but they were dirty. The age of the place is showing and requires maintenance, but regardless, the design and beauty stand out. The rooms are very nice, but thd beds and covers could be updated. This is only due to their age. The bed was a little lumpy and hard, but not bad. It was still comfortable enough to get good rest. The covers were also nice, but a bit rough. I'm more used to the smooth cooling covers that feel silky, but are syill cotton, just of a high thread count. The room lighting was a bit low, but was still adequate (except if you need to get rid of mosquitoes). The breakfast was good too, but a bit too greasy for me. That is just my preference, and not at all bad. Although the Mexican quisine was good, I personally prefer eggs prepared differently like omelets, french toasts, cheeses, fruits, yogurts, etc. Although I prefer foods that are not too greasy to help wake up, I also like meats in the morning. Bacons, steaks, pork, etc. but these are just my preferences. The foods and fruits provided were good and well prepared, but the juices were somewhat watered down. The fresh squeezed orange juice though was delicious and the best in my opinion. Something important I would like to note, is that the staff is very trustworthy. I thought I had misplaced my money clip, and their manager checked with their cameras for me and confirmed I had not left my money at ths counter. Thankfully, because of this, I double checked in my vehicle and found that my money clip had fallen between the driver seat and the console.

Like I said, there was dirt in front of some of the beautiful designs of the hallways that needed cleaning, and the pools also needed some attention. One thing that stood out was that the night I spent there, I was up all night due to some mosquitoes that I could not kill because the room was a bit dark at night.

Super clean, great location, great staff. I was helped with my things. They had a pool outside and it was opened to you. Very easy to get around.

They do not over explain- you have to ask the front desk questions when you check in if you have any. For example they didn't tell me about there being a breakfast voucher. I had to pay when I walked in and I am pretty sure I paid more than needed.

The property is extremely well maintained. The staff are all phenomenal. So gracious. There is plenty of parking and they were easily able to accommodate our Jeep and trailer (about 9.5 M)

They need to replace several broken lounge chairs and and add a few more lounge chairs at the pool. I also wish there was a coffee pot in the room!

The property was beautiful and the room was very spacious and nice. Very clean with a great lay out. Furniture was appropriate for a pet friendly hotel.

Its would be nice if the room had a microwave.

Ideal location opposite the bus station for late arrivals or early departures. Huge room, comfortable enough bed, ok bathroom, ok WiFi. Restaurant ok too. Not expensive.

Super basic (minimal towels, soap etc). Bleeping noise in the corridor all night.

Bed was comfy and room was spacious.

The pool needed to have the pump ran. There pieces of trash and stuff floating in the pool.

Is like a tradition for me to be at this hotel, what i like the most is breakfast which is why the hotel is famous for.

there were noisy people having a party on Wednesday night , up to 1 am thursday.

Great location, and great pool. The assigned room was also big. I like the fact that I can park my car super close to my room.

Beautiful swimming pool and grounds. Large comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. Super friendly staff.
