The hotel is great, beautiful style, wide space, big room, clean, temperature control, good toillet, shower with good choice of soap and shampoo. It also has a restaurant with a fair breakfast.

The payment for dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant must be done immediatly in the restaurant and not in the check-out as most of all hotels do, as if it is not part of the hotel. The Jacuzzi seems old and not working properly, I've tried to use it and I gave up. Also, I've noticed the sealing around the Jacuzzi presented some slots, which give an impression the maintenance is not proper, and I suggest they fix, because surely water from the shower is penetrating around the Jacuzzi, possibly will damage it

We enjoyed a two night stay at this attractive looking hotel. Parking was very easy in a secure lot right next door, staff were very friendly, very nice facilities including pool and gym and a starbucks kiosk, room was very comfortable and clean. There are also a number of places to eat nearby.

The place was so beautiful, it was such a unique hotel because it gave an atmosphere of a traditional mexican ranch, instead of a monopolize skyline hotel that you can find everywhere.

The beds were a little uncomfortable for me. Also even though the hotel is stunning it needs to be maintained better.

Property was in an excellent location and beautiful building. Staff was lovely and accommodating. Miguel, hotel Bellman, and Driver was 5-star!

It seemed a bit tired and needed refurbishment with carpeting and furniture throughout the hotel

The pool was nice and warm, but the seats were left all night even if it was pouring and they were usually soaking.

The waiters were bringing beer to the pool in glass bottles and one broke! I had to complain three time before they listened and stopped bringing glass containers to the pool area. I was hoping and asked for a quiet room and was not told that there was a party and the music was blasting until 3am. The waiters were barely attentive to bringing menus or refilling coffee but were very prompt to ask for tips!

The omelette was great and the variety offered was good. The staff is really friendly but sometimes I had to ask more than once for cream with my coffee.

The communications from the room were broken, and there was no phone line to call the receptionist.

One of our favorite hotels, since we had our wedding ceremony and wedding party there in 2003.

The room needs to be updated, especially the carpet and the lighting to LED.

It is a very historic hotel and very nicely kept. The building and the decorations of the rooms are very authentic. This was my second time in the hotel and it is always an experience to stay here. Very good breakfast buffet and the bar area is nice to chill. The garden area is great for relaxation as well. There is also free parking.

The reception staff is always unfriendly. During my first stay, they were not helpful at all, and again this time, they were not welcoming. The rest of the staff in the restaurants or other areas are nice, only the reception team is never helpful. The pool is always dirty and green, it's not possible to see the ground. The pool itself and the water shall be regularly cleaned.

I love the style. Stayed in the king suite and then the junior suite both were beautiful and well worth the money! Room service was quick and nice.
