The check in-experience was smooth and easy, I loved my room and all the small details such as refillable coffee combos every day. The hotel itself is a beautiful experience.

Nothing, I loved my stay here, every morning and afternoon I would ask for a glass of ice (a girl's got to keep up with the face care while on holiday ;) to be sent up to my room and it was delivered promptly without a fuss.

The hotel is situated in the city center, all staff I encountered there were friendly, and the room was clean. During the stay, I needed to have an online meeting and the wifi worked very well for that. The natural light from the window was a big plus!

As I stayed in one of connecting rooms, I could hear my neighbor. I would request a non-connecting room next time.

Great value and location. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Decent-sized, clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and shower. The room looked like it had been remodeled in the last few years. The floor was a grey faux wood, and the bathroom had a tiled shower and respectable sink counter. Our 9th floor room looked over the street below and the Plaza Fundadores. Fast elevators. Parking is free in the garage next to the hotel. We only stayed one night, so we did not see any of the other amenities, nor did we eat in the restaurant. I would stay here again.

It was a little difficult to find as it's tucked between cafes and stores along an outdoor mall strip (of sorts). The Wi-Fi was weak.

We loved the staff, especially the ladies that were on the 4th floor. They were very kind and detailed.

The toilet would leak water unless the handle was wiggled. It was a minor inconvenience, but if we forgot, the water would keep filling the tank and we'd feel bad for the wasted water.

Good location for exploring the city. Room comfortable. Big windows. Close ro sights and food / drink places.

Breakfast expensive and waiters hovered too much. Had to recharge key every day as it expired at noon even though I paid for my stay in advance.

Convenient to all shopping. Everything is walking distance to hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The cleaning people were very nice and did a great job cleaning. The service people were just as great. The young man they have is super cool. He was very helpful and was always happy to assist. Pablo. Always made sure I was well attended when I ordered food from the restaurant. Food is as very delicious.

Besides the great service I receive the second would be the location.

Location was comfortable as is in front of a place with several options for breakfast, meals and dinner, room had a great view and was clean, parking service was for free, also the restaurant was good in service and fair price.

Rooms are great, there´s not much to improve, rooms with view to the Fundadores place are a bit noisey, but that´s for the restaurants and bars nearby, I still liked the place and would stay again :)

Everything is excellent, clean, great view, nice staff, great parking, it's not luxury but doesn't need to be, you feel like you pay half what it's worth

The bathroom screen was a bit heavy and it came open not by bit when I showered, but since the room has heating, it was a minor inconvenience, internet is decent but not amazing

Breakfast was good our room was reserved for 3 people we needed to request items for 3rd person on 2 occasions as room facilities eg towels and cups were not there

Great place to stay while in San Luis. So easy to get to all the stores . All walking distance to your hotel. The staff are just as great. The waiters are nice and friendly and happy to assist you day or evening. Pablo was very helpful while I was there. Alway cheerful and ready ro assist.

Not much except my vacation time had ended.
