The convenient location is a plus. The room comfort is simply great. We slept like babies as the bed and pillows are very comfortable. My wife loved the bathroom amenities.

The only thing I would have to add here is the one of the two elevators was not working, therefore it took some time for the elevator to arrive.

Location. The help the morning staff (male) gave me, the bed and soft pillows, the equipment in the workout room, the great breakfast and the large flat screen TV.

When I arrived for breakfast I sat down at my table and put my breakfast ticket on the table then went to get my breakfast. No fewer then three staff members asked me for my ticket with one of them following me to my table to get it. It felt like they thought I was trying to sneak a free breakfast. Up grade the quality of the towels. For the price of the room in Mexico I would have expected hair condition and skin cream.

The breakfast at the restaurant is very good, the service is also very good.

The elevators are a mess, takes too long to arrive, you are going down and the elevator goes up first and then down, simply awful. And the parking lot, is not enough for the size of the hotel, is the second time that I noticed that sometimes is very difficult to find where to park.

Shower pressure and hot water was a plus, comfy beds and pillows, great view to the park. Cleaning lady was really nice.

Front desk employees are always lost, always had a hard time finding my reservation and the elevators are always broken. I’ve stayed many times at the Hampton and one of the elevators is always down.

Breakfast was good with several choices each day. Room was clean and adequate. View of lake and skyline was very pretty from our 7th floor room. Staff were helpful.

one elevator was working for entire hotel staff and guests. Waited up to 30 minutes at times. Always a long wait.

Breackfast could be better.
